Très bon souvenir d’Adelaïde
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, bien situé dans Adélaide. Thomas à la réception est très sympathique et très serviable. Sa rencontre restera un bon souvenir. Il nous a bien aidé pour le transfert à Kangaroo Island. Merci beaucoup Thomas.

Reasonable but not good as I expected.
Pros:

Comfort and quiet?

Cons:

There was no hand wash in bathroom, had to use body wash in shower. Didn’t realise until next stay that our introduction was limited compared to our second visit 28 - 30th October.

Nice room but front desk lacking professionalism / Subpar Breakfast
Pros:

The Room was very nice with a good size. View was magnificent.
Modern decor and well functioning airconditioning
Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Staff at reception on both occasions we aproched the desk were chatting amongst themselves and did not come accross very professional
Breakfast was very underwhelming! Selection and choice was below expectation and a lot of the offering was not made fresh (eg Danish / Croissant). No good cheeses or charcuterie
Table was not cleaned regularly with used plates etc left for a long time there (had to move them myself twice!!)

Beautiful hotel, we will be back and for longer next time.
Pros:

Loved the deluxe twin room, beautiful materials and fit out, it felt luxurious and comfortable. A lovely minibar selection. We really enjoyed the pool, gym and sauna amenities, and the restuarant.

Cons:

It took a long time on the phone to get through to concierge. The ordering of breakfast in room was not working through the QR codes.

It was an enjoyable experience.
Pros:

+ nice furnished room, comfy couches.
+ comfy bed.
+ nice bath basin and toilet and shower, they were cleaned pretty good.
+ nice complimentary spring water.

Cons:

- the bed blankets are too warm, it gets too hot under the blankets after just a few minutes, like way too hot.
- In-room dining menu for late night only has mostly desserts, it could have more menu items like snacks, chips, potato wedges, etc.
- the rubbish bins in the hotel room were small, they could be abit bigger.
- the room ceiling lights could have dim lights for the bed, as some lighting are abit bright.
- the bathtub could have an additional bubble bath soap.
- more cloth hangers needed on wardrobe.
- the bath robe could be bigger size.

Good but disappointed by the early closure of the bar
Pros:

Spa was good.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing that the bar in a high end hotel was closed at 10.00 pm on a Saturday night and we were unable to get a drink. I would have expected better. This was a one night stay as a special break and that bit was a let down.
