Super Lage schöne Zimmer aber sehr schlechter Service
Pros:

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir lieben die Lage weil wir das Stadtviertel so mögen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber.

Cons:

Der Empfang war eine Herausforderung weil nur eine Mitarbeiterin das Check In für ca 6 übernommen hat aber rund herum viele Angestellte standen die Augenscheinlich nicht gemacht haben. So mussten wir über 30 min anstehen um auf unser Check In zu warten. Außerdem sind die Anhänger an der Türe verwirrend. Anscheinend haben wir deswegen bei 6 Nächten nur eine Reinigung und einmal frische Handtücher bekommen. Wir brauchen das nicht jeden Tag aber bei dem warmen Wetter hätten wir uns zweimal gewünscht.

L’hôtel était très propre et le personnel très aimable et serviable

Cons:

Le canapé lit n’était pas du tout confortable ! Le matelas était très fin, et on en sentait chaque ressort (qui faisait aussi un bruit abominable à chaque mouvement - impossible de se retourner dans le lit sans réveiller tout le monde)

I booked a balcony room for a very special occasion — my proposal — and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for a balcony room, we were given a room with a poor view, far away from the skyline we were expecting. For the price we paid, the room itself also felt very small and underwhelming.
What made matters worse was that the alarm clock in the room went off unexpectedly at 6am, completely disrupting our morning and putting a damper on what should have been a memorable day after the proposal.
I had hoped the hotel might make some effort to acknowledge the occasion, but no adjustments or thoughtful touches were made despite this being such an important moment for us.
The breakfast was mediocre at best, and our experience at the restaurant was also disappointing. We paid full price for dinner, yet during checkout we saw another guest being offered a 25% discount, which felt inconsistent and unfair since nothing similar was offered to us.
Overall, this was not the experience we expected for such an important occasion. If you are planning a proposal or special celebration, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
