Never going back to Hyatt
Pros:

Its not clean. Some staff behaviour towards customers is not good. This is my bad experience in Hyatt place.

Cons:

Room is below average. Not so clean. Breakfast also not good. Only limited items available.

Excellent staff, good rooms, comfortable.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and helped us a lot - we were travelling with a 1 year old and they prioritized our room and made sure that we were extra comfortable. Excellent customer service.

Cons:

The location was fine overall, but the surroundings were a little rough. Walking in later in the evening was a bit nerve-wracking.
