Sie haben uns direkt vor Ort verarscht weil wir über bokking gebucht haben und da steht das alle Gebühren bereits beglichen sind und dann wollten sie 2004 Dollar extra als Kaution. Diese Kaution wird sofort abgebucht und man bekommt sie nicht wieder. ABZOCKE. Der Pool schließt um 18:00 Uhr und davor sind lauter besoffene am Pool! Niemals dort hin

Very pleasant experience
Pros:

Very enjoyable relaxing four nights. Well appointed room with a decent view. Extremely comfortable bed. Clean and well decorated hotel and room. Reception staff pleasant and friendly and welcoming Prosecco a nice touch. Great location close to amenities and ocean drive and beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend and return.

Pros:

Terrible experience and a true Miami con. They open the door for affordable rooms. I paid $150 for the night and then the next day when I was gone I got a $500 smoking fee. Neither I nor my partner smoke so I was taken back. When I called to have this removed they advised to dispute with my credit card company? No thank you how about you remove the con charge? I’ve reached via call and email. I’m waiting to hear back from a manager and I’ll do my best to keep these reviews coming so they don’t get bogged down by fake 5 stars I see them throwing up on here… you wanna con me $500 good time!? I’ll be back in 2 weeks and will happily set up shop in front and let all patrons know what a scam this place is.

Sehr teuer für das was man bekommen hat. Wir haben 2 Monate im Voraus gebucht für $1100. 1-2 Wochen vor der Anreise war

Sehr zentral und gepflegt.

Cons:

In den drei Tagen gab es ab dem Nachmittag jeden Tag Pool Partys und meiner 14 jährigen Tochter wurde der Zutritt verweigert. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein.
