The positive aside, they really have some things to work on. As a hotel with efficiency-style rooms, I'd expect the offering to be a bit bitter. We had one pan, one pot, a wooden spoon, cork screw, 1 "sharp" knife and a few other things. I was fairly surprised to see there wasn't a spatula and briefly debated buying one in town. Additionally, at the very least they could provide paper towels and tissues. That's right, our room didn't have tissues, which was super strange.

The room was spacious but the floor was really sticky. Not dirty sticky though, sticky from whatever they had cleaned the floors with. It was very strange. The walls could use some decor as the room felt utilitarian and sparse.

I also had no idea how to contact anyone on-site. When we got to our room we had 3 pillows and 2 towels for the two of us. I tried using their portal which really only lets you check in and out. I wound up calling the front desk and speaking to a somewhat confused girl who was able to get me what I needed. I had to go to the office which she told me was staffed during certain hours (was within those hours) to find the door locked.

Again, not terrible but definitely has areas for improvement.

No paper towel in the kitchen, TV remote only worked up to 18 inches away from the set, had to be standing in front of it for it to work

It was too pricey, luckily I split it with my mother. I booked a few days ahead of my stay, you would think there would be a discounted rate. Also, seemed like there was no cancellation policy- we were going back and forth cuz of the bad weather.

Far from restaurants. The impersonal check in

Need a bed lamp in the room or be able to dim the lights. Poor insulation between rooms.

Only way to the second level was via stairs. Challenging with luggage or with a handicap.

Check-in was a little confusing. Also the room numbers are not visible from outside so hard to spot your room.

Hand bars in showers. Bottom of tub is very slippery with nothing to grab for stability.

Bed was too soft.

W kuchni trochę brakuje sprzętu aby coś podgrzać itp. Minus za plamę na prześcieradle. Mam nadzieję że było zmienione i tylko niedoprane

I booked a queen room but the bed was the size of a double. The mattress was also too soft. So it was hard to get enough sleep.

Parking lot isn't paved, it's mostly gravel, so could get a bit muddy during wet weather. Nothing else to complain about!

The room was very basic. The door to the bathroom was off it's track. The floors were not clean. The guests above us had a dog that played with a ball throughout the night. The walls were paper thin. The sheets were clean but worn out.
