Location was perfect, close to the station a walking distance from the Temple. Staff was very nice and helpful, used the laundry facilities , the luggage delivery services and it was perfect. The room was big enough for a family of 5

A great way to start your Tokyo adventure.
Pros:

Excellent location to acclimatise to Tokyo. Walking distance to so many great spots, right by the river and the train station. Lots of good restaurants and convenience stores in very close proximity.

Stayed with a family of 5 and highly recommend
Pros:

Hotel was a great location clean neat and plenty of space for western families, as a family of 5 this was one of our favourite hotels in Japan, they also have western style beds which kids appreciated.

Cons:

The washing machines are pricey and full but they are onsite and conveinient so not to big a deal.

the nice staff, the room and the location . we recived a high floor and it was great. the luggage deliver service was great

Perfect location for families with kids
Pros:

We are a family of 4, with a 10 and 7 year old and stayed with one of their family rooms with a bunk bed. My kids loved the bunk bed. All beds were very clean and comfy. Toilet and bathroom is uber clean! The room size was good enough for us to move around and we got a good view of the Tokyo Skytree. Room is uber clean! Train station is just a few walk away, which makes it so easy to go anywhere. There’s also a Family Mart next door, and its a short work to Sensoji temple and Nakamise street. So many food choices nearby too. Will definitely chose this hotel again when we visit again next time.

Thoughtful, trendy, spacious and great for families
Pros:

The rooms were spacious. The location was great, close to the Sensoji temple that gave it a traditional feel, and right next door to the Asakusa station

Fantastic stay in a great location
Pros:

Fabulous location with excellent staff, we had a wonderful welcome from Yonyon and Irina who helped us to check in and gave us lots of helpful information. We had two rooms for our family with great facilities and lots of space

We would definitely stay there again for the convenience and cleanliness and friendly staff
