Family stay
Pros:

The location was very convenient with a family mart next door. Though we were a bit further away from Shibuya and Shinjuku it was nice to be in a "quieter" area and only a few mins away from the train station. The laundry room has 4 washers and dryers. The room was spacious for what we needed. Love the separate bathroom and toilet. The shower was spacious and there was even a bathtub.

The beds were comfortable and you can even borrow power adaptors. Great service.

Cons:

Only one lift servicing the whole hotel. It can take a while to go up or down during peak hours. Even staff need to use this lift in the morning moving trundle beds, etc..

We had an excellent stay. I do like the Mimaru style apartments.

Pros:

La chambre pour 4 est grande et pratique. Il y a une table et des bancs, un espace cuisine et la salle de bain est également grande.

Cons:

Il y avait une odeur permanente d'humidité, ce qui était gênant pour dormir.
Cela était peut être dû aux fortes pluies qui ont eu lieu avant notre séjour.
