Categories

Cleanliness
7.2
Mixed reports: some guests praised the hotel as "very very clean overall," while at least one review said "it was dirty," so cleanliness is generally acceptable but inconsistent.
Service
9.6
Consistently positive: multiple reviews mention very friendly, attentive and excellent staff and reception, often singled out as a strength.
Location
9.5
Strong positive: many guests highlight a great, convenient location close to restaurants and amenities.
Room Quality
6.8
Mixed: some guests liked the rooms and space, but others reported poor furniture and problematic bathrooms (no shower door/curtain, very dark rooms), indicating uneven room quality.
Amenities
6.2
Below average: several mentions of missing amenities (no ice machine, no mini fridge, no waste basket in-room, no bar/eating area as advertised) reduce the amenities score.
Value for Money
6
Concerns about price: at least one review calls it "bad value for the price" and another notes the rate increased versus last year; overall value is perceived as only fair.
Food and Beverage
5.5
Negative: repeated complaints about the breakfast being too basic, limited items, and poor timing/availability; F&B is a clear weak point.
Overall Experience
10
Overall impressions skew positive for many guests ("we loved the hotel", strong staff and location), though some experienced significant issues; net experience reported by multiple guests is highly positive.

No tuvo el valor pagado.
Pros:
