Cons:

No tienen planta de luz y se fue la luz, así que sin luz no hay aire acondicionado, ni Internet y en la noche tan poco hay personal, las puertas se pueden abrir, aún sin llave, por lo que la seguridad deja mucho que desear 🥺

Pros:

El lugar está descuidado, huele mal, la colcha que nos dieron tenían sangre, no le dieron prioridad a sus huéspedes cuando fueron por amigos del gerenre de la noche todos unos bebedores y fumadores dentro del hotel, agredieron a mi esposo y el gerente no hizo nada, pésima atención de las camareras y las gerentes.

Pros:

Por la mañana pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la playa. Personal agradable. Habitación correcta.

Cons:

Por la tarde hubo unos hombres bebiendo alcohol escuchando música y haciendo mucho ruido en la piscina. No deberían de permitirse estas situaciones que incomodan a los demás huéspedes.

Falta de Mantenimiento
Pros:

La cercanía con la playa de chachalacas

Cons:

El lugar difiere mucho de las imágenes reales, demasiados moscos, y la alberca sucia , el lugar la hace falta mantenimiento de pintura y los servicios los tienes que pedir como el agua caliente si no no te avisan , la tv se tiene que programar con el celular propio.
