Perfect location
Pros:

The location was excellent, it's easy walking distance to both Tenjin and Hakata stations without the crowds there, and other popular places like the yatai food stalls, Don Quijote, Matsukiyo, Canal City and more. It's also only 5 min away on foot from the nearest train station. The room was clean and honestly quite spacious compared to other options of the same tier, and the coin laundry and gym on the last floor was a plus. Staff were friendly at checkin and also during breakfast - loved the hearty breakfast options, although I do wish there was a bit of variety. Stayed here for more than a week and it was exactly the same fare. Was here during the Yamakasa Festival week and the location is definitely a plus if you're trying to catch the event participants.

博多山笠の祭りを見に行きましたが、ホテルの目の前で体験しながら見る事も出来て本当によかったです。
