Everything. Free laundry for guests. Pets allowed. Within a couple of miles from Mission hospital. Great rates for people who have people in hospital..I will stay here again here.

Area was hit by the hurricane a couple years ago. Lots of building demolition. The hotel property was in very good shape
I liked about my stay was the comfortable bed, the clean and spacious room, the quiet atmosphere, the friendly and welcoming staff, and the free parking. I also liked that everything was nearby, which made it very convenient. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay.
I had a wonderful stay. A special shout-out to the lady at the front desk, I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly welcoming and had such a warm, friendly smile. She truly set a positive tone for my entire visit. Thank you
The deadbolt/locking mechanism on my room door didn't seem to be working from the inside, which made me feel a bit uneasy. I ended up placing a chair in front of the door for peace of mind. I’m sure it’s an easy fix, but I wanted to mention it so future guests can feel fully secure.
Overall, it was a great stay, and I would consider returning!
Inexpensive, close to a lot of driveable areas downtown, kitchen and full fridge was a bonus for the price o the stay; and the rooftop bar (though we didn;t get there) was also a bonus.

It was a very clean, nice hotel with beautiful big modern room, awesome rooftoop, great location convenient close to the downtown area, Mountain View!
the floors are way too thin. We have two kids, and we got two noise complains because we gave our kids bath this is ridiculous. Then they woke us up twice. Middle of the night on the phone very unprofessional.
