it was close to everything we needed to go to. our room was ok until we saw the hole in the wall. and the ac did'nt get cool in the room

Cons:

the breakfast wasn't what they it was the helpers who fix the breakfast didn't try to accommodate our needs they were out of food the whole stay we was their people were complaining about it. I had for the roller bed they said they didn't have one, the room was so hot I couldn't sleep the whole time I were there. The pool didn't work and the staff when I called told me a lie and said it was working they why I chose this hotel, but 'I got disappointed and no one called me back to tell me it wasn't working this was and relax time for me and my family for me to tell them, I have cancer this stay it made me worry more about this every day I was there. This hurt me and i was not pleased

Staff great, room situation terrible, resolution disappointing.
Pros:

Staff friendly. Breakfast very good.

Cons:

Our room was directly underneath the GYM! We had no sleep that night. Management would not give us a refund. Everything else was great, but the noise was unbelievable. My wife suffers from Epsteins Barr Virus and was unable to get any rest. For accuracy sake, our room was 004. Very hurt and disappointed. I have a regular livestream and will not recommend to my followers (200K).

Pros:

It was quiet and the AC was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Bedding for pull out sofa. None provided in the room. Front desk provided but wasn’t completely dried after laundering. Bathroom shower was not very clean

Pros:

La cercanía al parque, y a otras instalaciones.

Cons:

La piscina muy pequeña, y pocas sillas con sombra, en el área de los bbq deberían poner más sombras. El cuarto tenía pocos artículos en la cocina, necesitan poner más platos y cubiertos, el sofá cama incómodo.

Best stay ever!
Pros:

Property was clean , fairly new, comfortable, and right near Carowinds. The staff was excellent, provided extra pillows and blankets, greeted us at Breakfast. Breakfast was good with a wide variety. Pool was open until 11 so we got to dip in after the amusement park on a hot day. The biggest surprise is I put a request on every hotel booking for years to “have a picture of Mr. Miyagi on the night stand”. Years, I did this with no luck until this booking. Jenny the Assistant Manager made this happen. Total surprise! Loved it!
