鄰近博多站， 交通方便，攜行李大約行10分鐘路程便到達，購物餐飲都很方便。有大浴場， 旅程完畢返酒店浸浴，可以舒緩疲勞。

Cons:

房間細少，2個人住有點侷促。晚上尖峰時間浴場超多人， 使用儲物櫃也要耐心等待。電影如有更多選擇或有字幕選擇便更加好。
