なんで、あんなに、暑いのに　廊下は、冷えていて、部屋の中蒸し蒸し　でも
クーラーは、外気温との差が無いから　各部屋では　コントロール出来ません

Convenient, Clean, Friendly and value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast was great as they have buffet with hot pot as well. Walking to Hakata Station was within 7 mins walk. Good location. Nearby have many restaurants that was delicious. The hotel provided umbrella during raining day.

まあまあ快適

清潔感があって広さもちょうどよくとても良かった。

Cons:

部屋がたくさんあるのにエレベーターが2つしかないので時間がかかって不便だった。そのため飲み物買いに行くことも不便だった。

大浴場はただのお湯が入っているだけ。
ジェットも何も無いしお湯の入れ替えもない。

朝食がもつ鍋屋なのでかなり厳しい。
