Pros:

Location, clean and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast’s don’t really change up. I stay at that location 3-4 times a year and it’s always the same, with maybe a waffle morning thrown in here or there.
My biggest complaint is the Valet only requirement and the price is now $29. Per night up from $25. The attendants are all very nice but for that price and it not being a luxury hotel they should be unloading luggage onto carts for the customers and taking it to your room. There is ample parking in the lot because they park just about every car in the unground garage.
Last complaint is i went and looked to grab a candy bar from the pantry where they sell a few items and a regular KitKat bar was $5.00! I expect that at Disney but not Homewood Suites!

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very kind, the welcome package of bottled water was a nice touch. I also liked the vicinity of the Capybara Cafe (exotic animals shelter just around the corner), and I think that it deserves to be promoted more visible in your hotel's lobby.

Cons:

The breakfast was NOT a pleasant experience. The food selection was very poor (only omelette, no boiled eggs, no fresh vegetables), the layout of the food was not efficient (long queues for waffles obstructed access to other food), the use of single-use plastic could have been avoided.

Pros:

A big shout out to Linda at the front desk she was above and beyond kind and extremely professional! The room was very comfortable the staff was very accommodating from the valet gentleman to housekeeping. Enjoyed breakfast this morning. I will definitely return!

I will not stay here again.
Pros:

Staff was somewhat courteous.

Cons:

The room smelled like bleach, and I believe it was infested with bedbugs. I have bed bug bites on my arms and stomach and I have to call Stanley Steamer to clean my entire condo which will cost about $400.00

No bar/restaurant at the facility. Did not get rewards points wince it was booked by a third party.
