The the cleanliness, new building, staff and close to downtown. Nice pool area.

Cons:

Didn’t realize the bridge was closed so walking downtown was not really an option.

Very relaxing always greeeted by front of house especially Angelique with warmed and a smile.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Good location but unfortunately bridge repairs stopped us walking straight into the historic quarter easily.

Cons:

House keeping was a bit laboured and had to chase a few times. But over all good. Not sure the boat people that used the swimming pool area do the hotel any favours.

I made my reservations through booking.com. When I arrived at the property there was a parking lot and a parking garage beneath the hotel although it was all blocked off. I was informed that it was valet parking only. I told the valet that I would park my own car which he accepted. When I checked in I was told that there was no choice about the valet parking and I would be charged an additional 29.00 per night. I am disputing these charges with booking.com and my credit card. They have every detail about the property on booking.com but told me they have tried to add the valet parking in their description on booking.com without any luck hard to believe. Knowing about the valet parking I never would of chosen to stay there and maybe some of you would agree thought you should know.

Pros:

Perfecte ruime suite, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel top. En woensdagavond de gratis manager reception, met hapjes, bier en wijn.
Prima zwembad en gym, tegen het oude centrum aan.

Cons:

1 Minpuntje, tijdens ons verblijf was de brug naast het hotel dicht wegens onderhoud. Hierdoor was het centrum niet makkelijk lopend te bereiken.
