Super helpful and friendly staff. Very easy ride in on the Met from the airport. 2 blocks from the stop!
Moxy is my home away from home. Always greeted with a smile and a “good to see you” Simple & affordable. Did I mention it’s a whole vibe?! Music, food & games!
Moxy’s overnight valet parking is $62 - worth every penny!Do not question it! Unfortunately, being from out of town, I didn’t know overnight parking in Portland is NOT safe, so I parked behind the hotel (not affiliated with Moxy), paid and well lit parking lot, and tragically our car was violently vandalized and all our stuff stolen. The hotel’s staff was incredibly empathetic and helpful. Everyone was super nice. Hotel is clean, and vibe is casual. I personally will never stay in downtown Portland again - but if I do, I will valet. I’ve stayed at other Moxy hotels before and their consistency is appreciated. Great people and great hotel.
The location and atmosphere were top notch. Our bartender Mark, was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be back.
Friendly Staff
I was always apprehensive about this hotel until I finallly booked a room there for my bday weekend. It started off great since they do not hit you with a "destination fee" like all of the other ridiculous hotels in Portland. Upon arrival the front desk agent took awhile to square me away but after that encounter everything went smoothly. The room was nice and clean, bar was a great vibe during the day and night. Best location to bar hop in the city. I will definitely be going back.
The entire staff was very helpful, kind and attentive. Very cute place. Love the atmosphere love the vibe.
Solo traveler from Massachusetts.
Zoë checked me in and she was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, bubbly, attentive, informational and a cat lover. Great vibes!
Next morning while drinking my coffee she was literally babysitting a kitten for a couple who had stepped outside for a smoke. To me that’s an ultimate job perk, but it showed the customer service that Zoë had.
The lobby is a great place when it’s filled with her laughter.
All the other staff were also great!
Room is small, but very clean.
Bed was comfortable.
Good price per night in a prime location!
No fridge or trash can in room.(small trash in bathroom)
Walls are thin, I was woken up at 1am by a woman absolutely cackling in the room next door and had to put my earphones in to fall back asleep! If you’re respectful and others are too it’s no issue. No street noise at all and I stayed 3rd floor overlooking the valet.
Highly recommend the moxy!
Location is nice is you want to be down town
The rooms, are so small with paper thin walls.
You can hear most sounds from your neighboring
rooms. It’s as if they cut a regular room in half and threw up cardboard to maximize profits.
The hallway lights aesthetic are very dim it seemed like a haunted mansion/ escape room.
Terrible choice in lighting
Building, facilities and furniture are pretty new and clean. Location is good, close to freeways and restaurants. Bathroom is modern and clean as well as the entire room
It gets a little bit nosy at night. Too much people hanging out at the lobby and being loud from neighboring rooms and the corridor. My room was located at the second floor which probably makes it worst. There was a noise cancelling device at inside the room that helps
Location, staff
No restaurant
Price, crowed and poor management
Downtown
