Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick, tolle Ausstattung! Der Pool ist sehr schön gelegen, ein paar mehr Liegen wären nicht schlecht. Sehr tolles Frühstück und sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch ein Dank an den Hoteldirektor, der uns sogar persönlich begrüßte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war der perfekte Einstieg für unsere Vietnamreise. Einzig der Lärm außerhalb war manchmal etwas too much, aber so ist das eben direkt am My Khe Beach. Dafür hat man alles in der Nähe, was man benötigt (Supermarkt, tolle Restaurants, Spa, usw).
Manchmal etwas laut außerhalb, dafür ist man aber eben zentral gelegen.
Great hotel, perfect location
The location, the rooms, the pool bar on the roof. All fab. Staff very friendly and tried to help.
Given two twins instead of double and twin and only resolution offered was pushing the beds together. We were on floor 18 and one of the lifts refused to take us there for our entire stay, despite changing cards. Eventually told it’s a known IT issue. Resulted in spending ten mins a time trying to get the right lift to take us up or down - very frustrating. Gave us fruit to apologise and staff apologetic and concerned. Got back from dragon bridge at 9.30 to find all food and drink service stops at 9.30. Not very 5 star. Nice place, just frustrating issue with lift and service not quite what expected. Beautiful hotel through and breakfast fantastic.

Bilindik bir otel olsa da aslında bu bölgedeki sıradan otellerden pek farkı yok. Odalar normal kalitede. Çatı katındaki havuz güzel ama temizliği biraz artırmak gerek. Uyumak dışında fazla beklentiniz olmasın.

I had a bad experience with organizing transport to the airport. They refused to arrange a van because I wanted to bring three bikes in bags. They only wanted to arrange for a bus for an outrageous price. No kidding!! It was absurd. We ordered two six seater taxis with grab instead without a problem

Spacious room, great customer service.
Cocktails were pricey and not very nice. Train the staff on mixology and I think the bar would get much better reviews.
