Nice hotel and if I’m ever back in the area again I would definitely stay here.
Pros:

The beds were so comfortable. They had a good variety of food options for breakfast. The rooms were spacious.

Excellent experience
Pros:

The customer service was excellent from check in to check out rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. There was a bar in lobby and drinks were great and very well priced. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Pool was very clean and felt amazing.

Looking forward to our next stay!
Pros:

Breakfast had plentiful options, bed very comfortable, facility was welcoming and clean. The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful and we will make this Hotel our place to stay in Charlotte.

Perfect place to stay for an overnight. Friendly staff, clean facilities and rooms.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, especially Deborah at the front desk. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself was immaculately clean. One of our best hotel stays we've ever had.

Pros:

Nothing to bragging on liking i suppose.

Cons:

Some staff wasn't very pleasant,made you feel you didn't belong there. Pool outside doors had cables to not be able to walk out and smoke. Key card won't work to any outside lounge. Needs to learn more of hospitality for eveyone who comes there.
