Would definitely come back.
Pros:

I loved everything and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I only wish the pool was bigger because it was filled up by the time I wanted to just chill in it but the everything else was very nice.

Cons:

They closed bteakfast down 15mins early. I couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Eventhough I prepaid for breakfast with my reservation and it was not refunded.

10/10 definitely recommend!
Pros:

The location of the property was close to everything. We didn’t have to drive more than 20minutes away for entertainment for our 4 kids.
The staff was AMAZING!!! Very friendly and even gave our kids complimentary cookies. Hyatt is most definitely going to be our home every time we visit Charlotte going forward.

I think it’s bullshit. They say they can’t take a certain card, but they already took the money off
Pros:

I was charged for staying in the hotel and didn’t even step foot passed the lobby. They took the money off my card and then told me they didn’t take Chime cards. But had already taken the money off of my card. Then tells me I can’t get it back.

Giving me my money back because I didn’t stay there they told me they didn’t take chime, but had already took money off of my card

Great customer service
Pros:

The very first thing and that matters to me because I use to work for Marriott. The greeting of the guests. That is the most important to start. The smile on their eyes and in their voices. Everything else was just as wonderful. Thank you!
