Needed to have different breakfast picks , it needed hash browns, bacon maybe even biscuits and gravy
The room itself was clean, spacious, and everything worked. Our main complaint has to do with a location far away from most of the town, and a rather uncourteous front desk staff. Didn’t feel welcomed when we walked in, rarely did anyone greet us or even smile, and we felt all requests for a later checkout were curtly rejected. The front desk staff and their coldness just gave our short visit a feeling of pressure, and again as though we weren’t welcome. As though we were being rushed out as soon as possible so the next customer (guest) could be charged for their stay. We love Sedona and can’t wait to come again, but will most definitely be avoiding this location for our hotel needs, and recommend you do the same for now.

Fold out bed wasn’t very comfortable - you could feel the bar across your back. Spare linen for the fold out bed was worn and only one pillow.
Even though it's away from the center of town this is the place to stay
Emplacement calme et très confortable, la Clim n’est pas agressive comme certains endroits aux states. Le personnel du petit dej est au petit soin pour vous et le petit dej n’est pas forcément variété mais se sont des produits bien travaillés et ça change tt les jours.
Il y avait une odeur indescriptible dans la chambre mais c’est superflue. Et à la rigueur interdire la musique des gens dans la piscine ou passer de temps en temps pour interdir cela c’est pas respectueux mais vous n’y étiez pour rien.
Very clean rooms, modern setup, great breakfast!
The pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable. The rooms are advertised as suitable for 4 persons. There were 3 towels, the pullout bed was caved, with a 2" worn out mattress - extremely uncomfortable, and not even made, even though the booking was for 4. We found the spare set of sheets, though only 1 pillow, so 3 pillows and 3 towels for 4. The sheets were clean but wrinkled. Certainly expected more from the Marriott hotel chain...
Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Location is also good for getting to all the tourist spots. Would definitely stay here next time
The front desk staff was rude, aggressive, and unwelcoming. When I contacted management, they defended the staff's actions but admitted they need more training. Expedia included the $25 daily parking fees, but the hotel charged it anyway and they would not credit it. Employees lied that they told us about the fee, they had me sign a "Parking Permit" without disclosing that there would be a fee, and I assumed they would honor the Expedia price. they refused to disclose their names. Considering the nightly charge, the view from the room was the roof of the next building, they refused to change our room being a long-time Marriott Bonvoy member, they refused to upgrade. There are many fine establishments in the area at more reasonable price and welcoming staff. United Airlines lost our bags, we asked for some toiletries, they said they don't have any, and finally gave us a tooth brush and paste, the brush was so cheaply made, we returned it. The room was very noisy due to the AC unit, we requested them to look at it but did not, it sounded like there was an 18 wheeler running under our room, could not sleep well for 6 nights. We would not come back here.

Front desk staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. Convenient location just outside of busy downtown Sedona. Our room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Sedona.
