enjoyed the park and old fort. Got a good nights rest.

I booked with booking.com. Never in the original look at this hotel was ever mention about a 15.00 charge for parking.????
I could have stayed closer to beach if I knew I was going to have to pay to park my car at your hotel that I am staying at.

Pros:

The front desk customer service stars. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Beautiful pool and close assess to a beautiful beach.

Cons:

Housekeeping only every 3 days. No bathroom fan. Sliding barn door on bathroom did not close.

Clean, allowed us 30 extra minutes to check out. Comfortable

Cons:

The body wash dispenser was broken and could not use. Out of 2 elevators, only 1 would go to the lobby. I believe it was broken. There was no creamer or sugar for coffee in the room.

I would stay there again, but their check in/out policy stinks
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean. The pool and location to the beach was exceptional.

Cons:

We had a 4:00 check in. The person in our room before us had a late check out, 3 pm. We could not get into our room until 5:15 pm. They comp’d our parking and gave us a food voucher but we had 6:30 dinner plans and had to rush to make them.

Second time we have stayed here. Worth the money but definitely room for improvement.
Pros:

Proximity to beach, safety features.

Cons:

Pool was dirty, pizza and ice cream area was always closed. Can’t put charges for bar on your room unless you are staying at the courtyard. Room does not get cleaned daily, breakfast was very basic.
