Boa localização, bem próximo da Kokusaidori e dos mercados de rua Makishi, próximo a bons restaurantes. O processo de check-in e check-out foi rápido. Quarto bem aclimado, o ar condicionado conseguiu manter o quarto fresco mesmo no ápice do calor de verão. A lavadora e a secadora foram muito úteis, por conta do calor lavávamos as roupas todos os dias.

Tivemos um problema com a limpeza do quarto mas fomos atendidos muito bem e com muita agilidade. O hotel nos ofereceu um pedido de desculpas e um presente. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e acolhedores, são excelentes funcionários.

Cons:

O quarto estava fedendo a cigarro (é proibido fumar no hotel) e os banheiros exalavam um fedor insuportável. Fomos trocados para um quarto limpo. A cama era dura e os travesseiros eram poucos e pequenos. A cozinha é pequena, o que não é um problema, mas o fogão foi fixado numa posição que não sobra espaço para preparar alimentos nem colocar a tábua de corte que o próprio hotel fornece. O quarto não tinha armário para colocar roupas, e tinha pouca superfície para colocar compras e objetos. A iluminação do quarto era de LED branco e foi pouco acolhedora. As cadeiras da mesa da cozinha eram desconfortáveis.

Pros:

室内は清潔で、コンパクト、炊事も出来るので、長期滞在にも最適な宿。また、国際通りにもモノレールの2つの駅にも近く、立地に恵まれた良いコンド式のホテルでした。

良くなかった点は、特に無し。

房間都附有洗衣機和烘衣機，然後還有小廚房可以簡單煮東西！！
工作人員都很親切，有問題寫信或是至櫃檯詢問都會給予解答與回覆！
環境乾淨，自助便利，位置在國際通內，五星好評

お部屋には洗濯機と乾燥機が完備されていて、さらに簡単な調理ができるミニキッチンまで付いていました！！
スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、事前にメールで問い合わせた際も、フロントで直接尋ねた際も、すぐに丁寧に対応・回答してくださいました。
館内はとても清潔で、セルフサービス（チェックインなど）も便利。ロケーションも国際通りの中にあり抜群です。文句なしの星5つ評価です！

地點佳，算國際通中間處，出去走不到五分就是國際通及便利商店，要往返電車也方便，就以縣前廳站下車，國際通入口直走約10分左右就到了！下次還會再選，服務人員也很親切！

Great location!
Pros:

Excellent location near Kokusai Road The room was very well equipped and spacious enough. Nice gentleman on reception (Japanese only). The big fridgefreezer & washer and dryer were very convenient. Feels secure. Good air conditioning.

Cons:

Reception was only open in the afternoon and evening until 8pm and we could only communicate through Google translate. Reception kept my passport so when I wanted to leave at 8:30am, I had to wait for someone to arrive (to let the laundry people in!) to get it back. The bed was a little hard. The shower is a hand held shower.
