EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and professional. The young man at the desk was so very helpful to us and our situation on our 10 day stay. Alex went above and beyond to help us with various scenarios. I can't thank him enough from the bottom of my heart!

Pros:

We were not able to take advantage of breakfast. We had to leave for UCHealth at 6:30 and didn’t get back until 9:30…it was nice to be able to park the car and walk to the facility.

Cons:

It would have been nice if we could return to the hotel for breakfast after our appointment…we had to check out and drive home without eating…
