Recommend for a comfy stay after a long day of travel.
Pros:

Clean, modern, and excellent staff when checking in and out. Tasty breakfast and comfy bed. Was driving a big truck with a trailer and the security found way to find me a parking spot late at night.

I Wouldn't Stay Again
Pros:

The common areas were seemingly clean apart from the pool area. Breakfast was included.

Cons:

Nowhere to sit down and relax when you enter the hotel. One counter for check in. No lounge or common area.

I checked in the they told me that they may not have a room for me. That it was possible no rooms were left. When I mentioned this was booked about a month ago the response was a chuckle and "yeah, it happens." There was a little more of that then finnaly I received my keyboard. Another employee came over to say it wasnt OK to the first employee. The said "ok fine".

We were 5 people. This was an absurd way to greet pre-bbooked guests.
The room was very uncomfortable. The beds were terrible. The mattress should all be changed, same for the pillows. The heat/ac was a nightmare. The dan blowing right onto the bed. If we closed it, ut felt like we'd suffocate in the stuffy heat. When on it was so strong and pointed directly on the bed. Didn't sleep for more than 2 hrs combined the entire night. I had to "hide" under the little flimsy "blanket". Im now sick from the air blowing on me. We were all freezing. The temperature in the room was set to a very appropriate degree.

No blankets in the room.

The room was dirty.. smudges that looked like it was from someone's nose on the mirror when we walked in.

The was a not left to another guest in the room welcoming them. I reserved this room a month I advance. On the note there was a post it that read "dirty room".


This all felt unacceptable. When you factor in the price you feel completely ripped off ans poorly treated.
