Exceptional service from Violet. She helped make our drinks, showed us around, and gave great local recommendations. When the Starbucks bar was unstaffed, she jumped in without hesitation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she made us feel like we were the priority.
Great hotel, run perfectly. My room was always freshly cleaned when I got back from work. Everyone from front desk to bartenders in the restaurant were so friendly and helpful. Special mention for Kafette our server during breakfast— she was so wonderful, appreciated her smiling face every morning.
The hotel is amazing, the staff is incredible and the restaurant has the best buffet and food. Our waitress KAFETTE is the best. We look forward to seeing her every morning. She takes very good care of us as well as the other waiters and waitresses. They are all very friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.
Great Location
Front Parking lot a bit small and narrow
Albert was very helpful and professional during check-out and made the process quick and easy. Christina, the restaurant server, was also excellent—friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout my meal. One area for improvement is guest attentiveness at the front desk; I felt Caleb could benefit from additional training, as a guest needing assistance went unnoticed while he was focused on his phone.
We have stayed here a few times before, while my mom's health declined these past 8 months. During this stay, we received news that she'd passed, and the staff here could not have been more kind. A special shout-out to Kafette in the dining room, who brought us cold glasses of water when we stepped outside to take "that call" and ensured we had a hot breakfast when we came back inside. She was incredibly kind, nurturing and genuinely concerned for our well-being. Never nice news to get, especially away from home, but she and her co-workers were phenomenal under these circumstances, even arranging for us to extend our stay last minute without a gap in our access to a nice, clean room. I will always remember them fondly and wish them all the very best.
After a long rough night sometimes your first interaction can brighten your day. So thank you Daniella at the coffee bar as you certainly kick behind, great attitude..Double Tree you have some solid employees here.
Our experience was very pleasant. Room was comfortable. Our server for Breakfast was Kafette and she was very friendly and and went the extra mile to make sure our need were met and our food was hot,
They make me feel like it’s my home away from home every time I stay. My husband and I are in between houses so we stay here when he visits, and I’ve taken my family who are visiting from abroad, as well. Happy to say we’re almost sold! What’s important for me sadly is the right accommodations. I’m disabled, so accommodations are sadly all I need. Juan and Building Mngt are awesome! They add risers to my bed (because I have motorized wheelchair, so the accessible room beds are far too low to the ground for me to get out of safely). They provide me with a shower chair and they will adjust the doors on the bathroom so I can safely enter. This hotel is unlike any other. Just the best! The staff at DT Con. Ctr. Tucson are all amazing!! They are always so helpful and kind and welcoming!! Specifically, we’ve had nothing but 5 star experiences with Alex, Kafette, Czarina, Juan, Patrick and Johnathan!! The food, (go Anthony!) whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, also always fabulous! The pool is awesome! Never a complaint! We love it here! 5 stars experiences always!!
It was a great stay. The restaurant, pool and amenities are lovely. Jonathan was super helpful with every detail... looking forward to our next visit.
The property was centrally located and just off the freeway. The hotel was very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful.
The parking was a little tight for a large truck but we manage to fit in a parking spot without too much trouble.

The bar needs more attention
Best hotel. Great parking, very easy in and out, fantastic location, beautiful rooms and facilities. Restaurant is very good. The two lobby bars are great. And, the staff is extremely pleasant, helpful, and polite. We stay here two times a year and can’t imagine going anywhere else!
The concierge Caleb and Albert were professional,courteous, and friendly.security team Darren and Johnathan were helpful in getting in and out of the property and kept the parking lot safe.
