Albert at the DoubleTree front desk was absolutely amazing! From check-in to any questions we had during our stay, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made us feel valued as guests. Customer service like his truly makes a difference and is a big reason we’d come back. Thank you, Albert, for making our stay even better!

Had Business Breakfast meeting with a colleague. Christina was an Excellent host for delivering our food and drink. Great place to hold meetings.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the parking attendant, the check-in staff, and cleaning personnel in hallway,. We had the Mother’s Day buffet for breakfast where Kafette took excellent care of us. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. We are recommending to our family and friends.

We came for a concert and have already made another reservation for the next one.

It is moments and situations like these that keeps my faith for human kind alive.
Today my daughter got engaged and we tried to find a place to celebrate. The only place that had availability was El Mezquite Grill & Taqueria on the DoubleTree Downtown.
We called for a reservation and the the lady on the phone was so "Simpatica". Professional and accommodating.
From the moment we got to the restaurant until we left the service was amazing. The hostess Daniela was incredibly Professional.
We were seated and Angelina M. Took care of us for the rest of the night. She was on top of everyone's orders. Never missed anything and was very accommodating. Plus, her personality and incredible sense of Professionalism made our night even better. The drinks were delicious and so was the food.

Big shout out to Albert and Christine. Such lovely customer service. Very patient and kind.

I had a wonderful breakfast at the restaurant and Kafette and Leah were so lovely and attentive! Delish breakfast and amazing service, would definitely recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday last week. The hotel and room were great, and all the staff we interacted with her excellent. Special mention to Haley, the Food and Beverage Manager for helping me plan some surprise birthday treats for my wife. Hayley was super helpful and communicative during the entire process, and always answered my many questions super quickly.

As a returning customer I’m always greeted with exceptional service. Christina and Kafette always go out of their way to make you feel at home and provide first class service. Staff of this calibre are hard to find and are a true credit to the hotel.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming. The front desk staff who checked us in were friendly and attentive, not too much, not too formal, just the right balance, which made for a very pleasant start.

After checking in, we found the room to be spotless and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy. Later, we went down to the bar. Although they seemed a bit short-staffed, the team still did their best, and both the food and cocktails were excellent. We truly enjoyed our time there.

Breakfast at the restaurant the next morning was phenomenal. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the food was exactly what we hoped for.

All in all, everything was very convenient. Having Starbucks coffee available to go in the lobby was a great touch, and we didn’t need to leave the hotel at all. The gym was the cherry on top.

We live within walking distance and have breakfast in the Mezquite Grill regularly. Christina is our usual server and remembers our drink order. Great service! The breakfast burrito is excellent—enough for two—and the mesquite flour pancakes are also excellent.

Our stay was incredible from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The food was amazing, we had an amazing server, Kafette, who explained the menu so well we knew exactly what to order. She was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience . The room was as described. The views from our room were amazing. It was so clean. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel next time we are in Tucson.

The staff, food, service and atmosphere of the DoubleTree Tucson is absolutely amazing. Kafette was such a kind, welcome and pleasant server for my breakfast. She was incredibly knowledgeable and even recommended a few local places and dining for the next time I'm in town. The lunch and dinners at the hotel were sensational - probably the best shrimp enchiladas I've ever had in my life. The other staff were also very welcoming and so very polite. I was very impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, attentiveness, room service, house keeping, etc. The stay was wonderful and the cultural influences are just incredible. I will definitely be returning!
