Delivers a basic hotel stay in comfort
Pros:

Breakfast needs some tomatoes. Location is good

Cons:

Hate the car parking arrangement with Parking Eye who just want to fine anybody and reflects very badly on the Hilton group. Needs better food for the evening meal which is just a heat up in the microwave menu

Parking and great breakfast, also opposite Curiosity Brewery, lovely food.

Pleased with our stay.

Had iron and ironing board
Convenient for our family wedding
Menu in evening was simple, well priced and very tasty.

Cons:

No decaf in the restaurant for evening meal.
No 0% beers
Need more milk cartons in room
Directions for heater/air conditioning would help.
Not your fault but til 2 in morning all we could hear was thumping music from the Curious Brewery.

Cons:

For a Hilton Hotel I expect high standards, we forgot our dental kit we request for one it’s something like a 3* hotel had. We left the hotel at 1100am we back after and the room wasn’t ready when was already 1500 something like have to improved.

Ein gutes Hotel in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Frühstück bietet für jeden etwas, ist reichhaltig und gut.
Für den "kleinen Hunger" bietet das Hotel am Abend kleine appetitliche Gerichte an. Alles in allem ein gutes, sicheres Hotel mit aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The breakfast was very good- especially the blueberry waffles. The staff who made breakfast where so friendly, hardworking and amazing aswell.

Cons:

I think the only thing I'd say to improve is the snack bar hours and having bigger bins in the rooms otherwise it was great!
