Great hotel let down by parking
Pros:

Great hotel, enjoyed my stay here. Good WiFi signal, room was clean, well appointed, decent size TV , large fridge, user friendly aircon and bed was comfy. Breakfast had a decent selection. The only downside was I had reserved parking which on check in the lad on reception argued myself and two fellow colleagues had not reserved the parking. 15 minutes later turned out we had. Parking here is a nightmare, the second night was no parking even though it was reserved! sort out the parking and it would have been be a 5⭐️ stay

booked this hotel as attending a wedding in Wye. SO location was ok.

Cons:

The hotel staff all and without exception looked miserable. They looked like they did not want to be there. Non of the staff engaged with us at all. The breakfast in the morning was VERY BASIC. I asked a member of staff if Poached or fried eggs were available and was told NO. Only scrambled egg. The breakfast buffet was cold ! One of the toaster machines was out of order. AT the very least one would expect to find some complimentary bottled water in your room but this was not provided. I did ask via a text message and was informed via text message that it was not Hampton by Hilton policy to provide bottled water in rooms. Poor show and very poor policy if you ask me.

Staff were friendly and sorted issues quickly. Located close to Ashford train station, shopping outlet, shops, supermarkets, and food eateries close by.
Shower was good and bed was comfy.

Cons:

Found long black hair in shower room.
Musty smell of on entry to the hotel and throughout could smell fresher
No loo brush
Light switches are bit confusing

Goed hotel en vlakbij station
Pros:

Het was dicht naast het station. We konden met de trein overal naartoe. Het was erg schoon en een goed ontbijt.

Cons:

De laatste dag waren de broodjes op, de cruesli en het fruit. Dit alles al om 700u. Dit kwam door een leveringsfout.

Guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer, große Dusche, bequeme Betten, gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.
Parkplatz vorhanden, muss aber vorab angemeldet werden. Wir hatten dies vergessen und dennoch bekamen wir die Möglichkeit unsere Motorräder abzustellen.
