Pros:

Struttura molto pulita, cambio lenzuola e acque in camera, colazione ricca

Cons:

L acqua della doccia non era calda ma tiepida e non c’é scritto da nessuna parte, inoltre il primo giorno siamo andate a fare un tour che iniziava alle 7 e non ci hanno voluto dare neanche una banana da portare via e nemmeno rimborsarcela.

la limpiza me dejó algo de desear, entramos a la habitación y había una cucaracha muerta y la piscina para nada se veía limpia.

Hotel bonito en zona cercana a todo lo que hay que ver en Mérida.
Pros:

Habitación grande.

Piscina pequeña pero bonita.

Tiene un patio con encanto y está situado a 5/7 minutos de la mayoría de las cosas lo que hay que ver y de los restaurantes.

Personal amable.

Chambre et hotel vétuste.
1heure pour obtenir un petit déjeuner moyen. On a du attendre pour prendre des chaises à une table que se libérait.
Savon entamé dans la salle de bain.
Bruyant
On nous a indiqué le parking et la fin du séjour on nous dit qu'on était dans le mauvais parking et on nous a fait payé au prix fort !! Personne ne parle anglais. Impossible de joindre la direction. Une véritable arnaque et je ne parle pas de la piscine salle...

Die Unterkunft ist bei weitem nicht so vielversprechend wie die Fotos! Einzig die Reinigungskräfte waren toll, Rezeption unfreundlich, Frühstück sehr schlimm
