Important information:

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in.

Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided for an additional fee upon request. Deliveries will be between 11 am and 4 pm.

StripViewSuites has a full team available to assist you 24 hours, seven days a week, including holidays. Any maintenance requests made after 3pm will be addressed the next business day.

Free parking is available.

Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in. A $100 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in per day (up to $300 per room booked.) The security deposit must ONLY be paid with either a physical debit or credit card (cash/check, and Apple Pay are NOT accepted).

Pros:

The resort offer the right balance of Vegas excitement and peaceful rest of being in the non gaming side

Cons:

The pools offer no shade unless you pay for an umbrella which are not always available. Not a good option at 110 degrees

L’hôtel est très bien situé au niveau du strip.
Le personnel qui s’occupe des voitures est très gentil.
L’appartement 1 chambre était grand et propre.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas eu l’appartement que nous avions réservé car il a été vendu et personne ne nous en a informé.
Nous avions payé plus cher pour avoir un appartement rénové, et quand nous l’avons signalé, on m’a proposé un late check out (12h au lieu de 11h).
Comme je n’étais pas intéressée, ils m’ont dit qu’ils allaient revenir vers moi sauf que 4 jours après j’ai quitté l’appartement et je n’ai jamais eu de nouvelles.
L’appartement est vieillot avec de la moquette partout.
Je suis super déçue.

Emplacement, chambre bien équipée, insonorisée et spacieuse. Présence d'un balcon. Le stationnement avec voiturier gratuit 👍 éponge, produit vaisselle et rouleau de sopalin à disposition.

Cons:

On a passé 4 nuits et pas de ménage réalisé. Au moins pour vider les poubelles, renouveller le café et refaire le lits, surtout pour ce tarif.

The location, the secrutity, the comfort.

Cons:

I belong to a tribal nation, and i have stayed at this hotel many times. But for some reason the front desk tryed to second guess my tribal i.d. card at check in. The matter was cleared by a manager . I just need 2 train their staff on what the law is.

Very disappointing experience. I booked this hotel through a third-party booking site and was treated as if my reservation was less important than direct bookings. The staff were unhelpful and repeatedly told me they could not assist because the reservation was made through a third party. Instead of trying to resolve issues, they kept redirecting me elsewhere.

A hotel should provide the same level of service to all guests regardless of how the room was booked. Poor customer service and lack of support made the stay frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel and will choose another property in the future.

Room was perfect for us. It was me my husband an other son for the weeekend event. We were there for my youngest sons wedding.
Bed was comfy, room was cozy and I loved that, i liked how you had different mirror sizes like the one in the bathroom hanging perfect for that outfit check, oooh and the jet tub that was a Plus. And that View from the 29th floor Beautiful 😍 I will definitely be back soon.
