Muy buenas instalaciones 👌👌
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, está cerca de todo. También la ubicación de la alberca, puedes estar cuidando a tus hijos y tener una excelente vista al mar. Las sombrillas en la playa lo disfruté mucho.

Familiar, incluyente y tranquilo
Pros:

La señorita que nos atendió a la llegada (9:00am) muy amable y con mucha disposición de ayudar. Llevabamos a una persona en silla de ruedas y todo el hotel tiene rampas, por lo que fue MUY sencillo poder disfrutar de las instalaciones. El hotel tiene una vista al mar padrísima y una alberca climatizada (agua calientita siempre) ideal para los niños chiquitos.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones frente al mar, hacen mucho rudio y gotean. Enfrían perfecto la habitación, pero en ciertos momentos de la noche tuvimos que apagar el aire acondicionado pues ya era mucho el ruido.

Front desk wouldn’t allow a guest on property, housekeeping staff friendly, front desk not, not enough pool loungers

We had an excellent stay, we hope to return.
Pros:

The location was excellent! Pool area was great, staff very friendly and while rooms were dated and basic they were clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

WiFi could have been better and more room to hang clothes.

Pros:

The hotel common spaces were beautiful , clean and comfortable. Great location.

Cons:

After seeing the pictures of rooms that were posted, I chose a room with 2 beds. There was no description of the actual room we were assigned. Our room, #2, was at ground level with windows facing the very busy street. Of course it was very noisy! It had a makeshift “closet” area with space enough only for 1 person’s clothes & other personal items.

Pool lounges had dried on bird poo and one had a 6 inch rip on one side of the seat. There were no seat cushions.
