The resort was amazing; clean and up to date. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great Stay!
Pros:

Val at the Front Desk was amazing!! There was a small glitch with my room not being available and Val fixed it immediately, professionally and with a smile! You should have more staff like her. Yeah! Go Val!!

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was a little below average especially for the cost. Found myself eating away from the resort.

We were welcomed by the valet, and front desk staff immediately. They made us feel very at home, even from 10 hours away
Pros:

The escalator when walking in the front doors, taking you to a beautiful lobby. The front desk & bar area in the lobby. Outside pool deck & bar area, infinity pool & cabana chairs. Clean rooms, and very friendly staff members. Supervisor (Auntie) Andi, Lav & the other front desk workers were very welcoming to us and our family. The valet people were as well. The workout gym was one of the biggest and best quality gyms we’ve seen at a hotel. Hallway areas by the elevators had windows showing beautiful views of both the riverside, and ocean side.The area of the hotel is something we loved as well, being close to food, shops and the boardwalk was very convenient.

Cons:

Paying to park, but having to walk across the street to get to the car garage. Added gratuity to 2-person checks at the bar. $40 for 2 mojitos(*which were also very good, but a bit pricey).
