While sleeping i woke up to a cleaning lady in my room, asking how many nights I was staying. That shit is creepy.

My room smelled of weed coming from other rooms. Way too expensive for what they offered. Although I booked with all fees included, the hotel charged me a resort fee for each day I was there without even letting me know. Still waiting for the problem to be solved.

. Breakfast was ok after a few days it got redundant eating the same food. Stayed close to two weeks. Some days we had excellent service and pleasantry other days no one seem to bother. Food wasn’t set up and ready to go; eggs, potatoes and so on cold; coffee cold. I could tell who was working and who didn’t care. Stayed close to two weeks and experience a few days where there was an issue. Room next to us was very loud, doors slamming, kids running in and out from neighboring rooms. This was going on for hours on end until I couldn’t take it no more. I called the front desk and expressed my concern and asked if someone could ask the room to keep it down since it was now midnight ( had been listening to it since 1900 ). Every time the running, the door slammed, the screaming throughout the hallway it went through my bones. I was rather surprised when the person at front desk told me that security was going to look on camera. They never came up. Unless camera has audio there is no way for them to hear what we heard the entire night. When the front desk asked me my room i mistook the room number for another room number we had in a different hotel. I believe her name to be Martha not sure. She was very condescending and had me repeat my room three times until I told her I was wrong and she could see from which room I was calling her . That part of the entire stay was not pleasant. I could hear room next door talking on phone and go to the toilet. Not pleasant and I’m sure for them it wasn’t either.

Chairs on beach not included.

The balcony in my room was very dirty with a lot of dead bugs on the chairs, ground. Some alive on top of the ceiling. Need to have a small microwave in ur room to be able to warm up my left over food. Your valet attendant employees rushing to take our luggage out very rude. Only two were very respectful. I spoke to two valet attendants in the morning saying good morning and they just literally ignored me and kept talking until I walked over there and just say good morning in their face. Instead of the valets attendants talking. They need to listen to the customer first then let us know how everything is operate. I prefer to load everything on the cart Myself instead of them, throwing it up there not putting things on there cart and just don’t care about our property. I find that very rude and the way they talk to the customers. I was just standing there listening how they approach a customer and just talking to the customer not listening, but like I said two of them that helped me was very respectful and I didn’t have no problem Tipping them. Each of them stated the manager is looking at us or this is what the manager said. It looks like the manager is putting a lot of pressure on them. By me having a handicap sticker I didn’t know that I can still have a valet parking and just 28.00. I wasn’t told any of that until after the fact that I was checking out.

We didn’t like how the stairs to the beach were closed off. You had to walk the ramp down every time and it was quite a walk for the 6 year old we had. Stairs directly to the beach would have made for easier, quicker access.

The extra 100 per night deposit that I wasn’t informed of until I went to check in. Good thing I had the extra money on my credit card because it’s the only way that you can pay the SURPRISE deposit.
