Good location with excellent breakfast options.
Pros:

Central location in Bourton on the Water. Excellent breakfast in bed options.

Cons:

The room was quite hot. Even with the windows open, it didn’t really cool down overnight.
Not obvious that it was over a fish and chip shop. No smell, but quite a lot of traffic outside.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Very dirty bath, limescale all over it.
Shower would flood after 2 minutes. Needed to turn it off mid shower to allow water to drain. Drain needs unblocking.
Wine bucket had lots of dead flys in it.
Cracked window panes.
Coffee strainer, dirty. Cups and spoons, dirty.
Being on the high street is a great location however as the windows are paper thin it's very noisy especially in the morning when delivery's start at 0630!! Very bright in the room at night.
Didn't sleep well at all.
You either need a new cleaner or you need to up your standards but this certainly isn't "luxury".
Would not recommend or contemplate saying here again.

The position of the Old Bank Rooms meant we could enjoy every aspect, the views from our room were amazing and the room

Koselig, sentralt, rent og med deilig frokost.
Pros:

Koselig rom. Genialt å kunne hente nøklene et skap med kode. Flott og sentral beliggenhet. Deilig frokost på rommet. Her vil jeg gjerne bo igjen, og anbefaler hotellet til venner.

Greaf location
Pros:

Great location and comfortable room the self check in was easy to do and great instructions prior to arrival given about this and where to park nearby which was a 3 minute walk and again easy to find. .Breakfast was lovely and fresh delivered directly to the room which was great

Cons:

Pillows to soft as preferred to be more firmer as no support for your neck as sunk straight into them ,but I know everyone is different so maybe have a choice just incase

Pros:

The view was lovely and the room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. The bathroom was great with the champagne bottle holder next to the bath! And the breakfast in bed was lovely!

Cons:

The only thing is, there was no air-conditioning in the room, we did have a fan but it was not enough to cool the room down in this heatwave.
