Nothing
It was a good location, as we were traveling through. We were close to the downtown area, which was very nice. We went to a museum and had a very nice dinner at one of the local pubs.
It was in a good location
The pool was freezing. We had to wait a half hour after the bar was open to even be served. They didn’t make the drinks with the correct pop but charged me which was completely outrageously priced. The beds were terrible.
Location was good and easy access. Sheetz next door is convenient.
One of us was supposed to sleep on the couch and when we arrived not only was the couch not made up but there were no bed linens available and we had to go back down to the front desk and get them.
I don't expect to have to make my own bed at a hotel, and if I do - I don't expect to have to go to the front desk and get the sheets myself.
unfortunately this was very late at night, which exacerbated the whole thing for us, but even if we had arrived in the afternoon it would have been annoying.
Everything
Made a mistake on the wrong day with booking. Com but the staff at the hotel help me.
Room was nice and large
We got up there at around 7, July 2, and there was one person at the front desk who was clearly stressed out about something that had happened and there were lots of policemen there one standing guard and watching every move she made. But I applaud her for continuing to be pleasant and welcome us with a smile. She mentioned a roof top bar but it didn’t stay open very long so by the time we settled in our room the thing was closed.
The breakfast was AWFUL. The kitchen could not keep up- the eggs were cold and wholly tasteless, the sausage patties were cold and previously microwaved and rubbery, the oatmeal was cold, tasteless and super gummy- so much so that you could not get it off of the ladle, the waffle batter was completely out by 7:30 and I had to ask three times for someone to refill the batter machine-finally gave up waiting. But the worst was that there were two trash cans for so many people eating breakfast. They were overflowing by 7:30 and the trash was falling onto the floor. I went up to the front desk to let them know about the trash cans after trying to push them down to accommodate more trash but others had also done that and there was no more pushing it down. The front desk employees did nothing about it but told me they’d “take care of it”. I guess the understaffed kitchen “staff” (of one person it seemed) could not keep up. This was not a nice breakfast experience. We’ve stayed at lesser nice hotels that were better organized and the free breakfast was all around tastier and staff on top of the production of food, plenty of trash cans that were not overflowing so that trash was on the floor like this hotel had. Do better!
Very nice and clean
