the hotel is very clean and in a great location. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. I cannot remember all the names, but they are terrific. The General Manager Theresa Frye leads by example and gets things done. Thank you for your kind service.

Everything was lovely!
We stayed the night as we were passing through on our way to Charleston South Carolina. Upon arriving, the front desk staff were very kind and professional. However the room we were given on the fourth floor smelled very musty and the air conditioning wasn't working. I went downstairs and the lady at the desk was very kind and quick to shift our room which was in better condition with a working AC and no smell.
Overall observations.
The hotel lobby was immaculate. Very clean, professional and lots of seating. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
The elevators seem really old and rickety.
The beds were comfortable and the room well maintained and clean. However, there were a few really dark mildew spots in the shower that were very obvious (this is a very simple attention to detail for the cleaning staff), and the shower didn't put out much water as when you switched it on the majority of the water kept flowing out of the lower tub faucet.
Breakfast was fantastic. A ton of options, very well presented and the space very clean.
In all, it's a good hotel... I would stay again hopeful that the issues I ran into were not symptomatic of a team that isn't paying attention to details where it will only get worse.
There were small things in the room that were broken, not working right and of course losing my room reservation with no explanation

The fact that I paid for this trip through Klarna, and I got charged the full amount of the trip on my card by the hotel by accident and now I’m still paying for the trip through Klarna too!!!! I cannot reach anyone at the actual property and I keep getting the run around. This is ridiculous. I want my money refunded to my card.

Advertised WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there. Also tv was crazy. Couldn’t go to channel had to scroll through entire directory.

The facility is in a PERFECT location, it was very clean, everything was awesome and the staff was very friendly. We’re a travel basketball team so, we’ve had our share of stays at hotels over the past 7 years and this is one that I wish we could stay at every time. Well done staff!
