Clean and comfortable
Pros:

The location was great for us. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

Barn door for the bathroom. We shared the room with our daughter and the door never felt completely closed

No WiFi; won’t stay there again.

Very clean. Close to what we wanted to do. Breakfast the usual hotel stuff

Cons:

Advertised WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there. Also tv was crazy. Couldn’t go to channel had to scroll through entire directory.

They need to train their front desk agents better.

Location was good. Like staying there

Cons:

The fact that I paid for this trip through Klarna, and I got charged the full amount of the trip on my card by the hotel by accident and now I’m still paying for the trip through Klarna too!!!! I cannot reach anyone at the actual property and I keep getting the run around. This is ridiculous. I want my money refunded to my card.

Can’t wait to stay again
Pros:

The facility is in a PERFECT location, it was very clean, everything was awesome and the staff was very friendly. We’re a travel basketball team so, we’ve had our share of stays at hotels over the past 7 years and this is one that I wish we could stay at every time. Well done staff!

We had to park across the street in another parking lot one night as there was no customer parking available when there was a food truck and bar customers nearby

EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect except I paid extra bc ir advertised an indoor pool. Perfect way to end a long day and wind the kiddos down before bed and then a great start the of th4 day b4 checking out !

Cons:

The fact that I get yo the hotel and there's a paper note taped to the backside of computer telling me thatvi was just SOL bc they weren't only completely booked but the pool was also closed until further notice. So now I had spend about $150 extra that I didn't really have to begin with

Great stay
Pros:

I stayed here for a few night for business. It’s in a great area by a lot of restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. I had a king room and the room was big! I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.
