Pros:

Great location. Lovely rooms. Friendly staff.

The dodgy first lift that shuddered and plummeted a little bit.

Lovely hotel, very central when visiting city centre.
Pros:

Great location when visiting the Pavilion Theatre. Nice bar area to relax and have a drink. Good quick lifts taking you to your nice comfortable room.

Cons:

Toasters at breakfast. To keep putting bread through to try and actually toast it!

I wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The bedroom was lovely and clean the staff were all nice

Cons:

The dinner was terrible chicken so crispy you couldn’t cut it chips were dry sent it all back then at breakfast went to get cup for tea and the first two cups were dirty and the salt dish lid wasn’t on properly so a breakfast full of salt,I don’t like giving a bad review but sorry it just wasn’t a nice overnight stay with my friend

Pros:

Hotel is within walking distance of Glasgow Central and Glasgow Queen Street train stations so well located for travel in and out and only a couple of blocks from the bus station which was very convenient for our day tour of the Highlands and Loch Ness. The breakfast was worth including as it offers hot and cold food with lots of choices. It's a large hotel and has three elevators which move so quickly and silently we didn't ever wait long to get up or down from our room. If I was ever to return to Glasgow I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
