The Wi-Fi is a bit unstable sometimes

The noise level! You could hear the traffic all day and most of the night! Also the towels were very old and didn’t dry properly.

Nada en especial, lo que es el alojamiento gestiona todo muy bien. El problema fue el desorden de la gente con la que compartia habitacion. Y que en el cuarto no me llegaba ni Wifi ni me iba la covertura en mi movil, pero no es un problema si solo paras a descansar.

First of all we booked a room with 2 separate beds. We got a room with a double bed that was not even ready for us - no pillows, when the staff brought it they had to put covers on them, the pillows were super mouldy. When we asked about it they said they don't have any room available but we can move once the room with 2 beds get empty.

The booking said there was a high speed internet and because we all had to work until late we booked this accommodation. However the wifi didn't work AT ALL. Also there was not a good signal for our phones so it was not possible to use hot spots. The wifi only worked at the reception.

About cleanliness - the room has been through a lot. I don't expect a lot (I've been traveling around Bali for 4 months now so I know how it goes) but the curtains were super dirty, we saw mould on the walls too and overall it didn't feel very clean but if everything else was okay it would have been manageable and we wouldn't care so much. It's just something to keep in mind.

Also, please mind that the property is almost at the top of a very steep hill and the main road which means the noise is high and you don't only hear a lot of cars and scooters but it's also a lot of trucks struggling to reach the top of the hill. You really need good earplugs.

Mold on the walls, no hot water, no internet, water leaking next to the bed from the ac soaks the floor and make it super slippery.

We had one of the worst nights we've ever had, despite the price we paid. Firstly, the sheets were stained and the cleanliness was subpar. Secondly, the hotel advertised "high-speed internet connection," but upon arriving in the room, we couldn't get a signal at all, even though we needed this connection for work (we therefore used up our 4G data allowance and will have to pay for additional data for the remainder of our stay). Furthermore, we felt like we were sleeping outside due to the noise in the room caused by the poor window insulation. Finally, there was a water leak at the entrance to the room that ran all night, making an additional unpleasant noise, and a large puddle of water that soiled the entire room. All of these issues were reported to a member of staff, to which they replied, "It's not a problem, and a technician will come tomorrow to fix the leak."

El estado actual del hotel respecto de las fotos que se muestran son distintas, el lugar no ha tenido el mantenimiento debido, ademas la iluminacion en la piscina no funcionaba correctamente, lo que menos me agrado fue que no venia incluido el desayuno, cuando antes de reservar con ellos vi que tenia el icono de breakfast en el listado.
