Excellent location but a couple of small improvemebts are necessary

lOCATION IS EXCELLENT

Cons:

THE LOUNGE WAS UNFORMFORTABLE AND NOT REALLY OK FOR 2 ADDULTS PLUS THE CUPS FOR TEA OR COFFEE ARE WAY TOO SMALL. THE PLACE IS GETTING OLD NOW AND I HOPE WITH THE REFURB THE MAKE A FEW ADJUSTMENTS IE LONGE IN ROOMS AND PROPER COFFEE CUPS

Incredible Adelaide
Pros:

My room was exceptional. Huge, with every amenity. Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher, multi room, like an apartment set up. Absolutely wonderful. I made a video tour of the room for my family but can only post pictures here. They have a wonderful restaurant attached.

Cons:

I wish I knew about the huge outdoor chess board sooner. 😁

The worst stay we have had anywhere, ever.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Everything. The food next door was horrible, the room smelt musty and the whole thing was a scam! The room cost $250 and they took a $500 cleaning bond and still have not refunded this a month later when they had said we left the room adequately cleaned. Scam!

Wonderfully accommodating and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Daily service, refreshing towels. Comfortable heating and cooling without excessive noise and sound proofed rooms. Beautifully quiet. A very relaxing place to stay

Pros:

The beds were terrific and the amenities modern, clean and well-designed. Excellent bathroom layout for older people or folks with accessibility issues. Breakfast in the cafe next door was convenient and good coffee. Recommended for anybody with family in the North Adelaide Calvary Hospital.

Cons:

I am visually impaired, so the lighting was not bright enough for me however, my family thought it was tasteful.
