Was decent stay , and would stay there again

Cons:

The parking price was ridiculous, and did not like the fact that the toilet had no privacy to the bedroom

Comfortable & quiet. Excellent room on top floor with a great view from the balcony.
Pros:

Quiet, clean & spacious. Easy parking, great location. Lovely comfortable bed & great bathroom/shower.

Cons:

Nothing really. Tiny thing is that the minibar pricing was pretty expensive

Location, general feel, onsite parking, new ness, staff, cafe was great.

Cons:

Design of rooms has a lot to be desired. The glass window opening onto the bathroom means that if someone goes to use the bathroom in the night the light falls straight onto the face of the person still in bed. Having glass on the retractable doors onto the bedroom area means that if the other person is watching TV then the bedroom is lit up. There either needs to be a block out screen or just use solid sliding doors. Poor design for a shared room.

Pros:

A very comfortable and quiet 2 bedroom unit with all amenities including small freezer, basic cooking facilities, well appointed ensuite

Cons:

It was noted the pressure in the main shower could have been stronger, but something that could be rectified

Apart from the above my stay was nice.
Pros:

I like the hotel and facilities and location and have stayed here previously on a number of occasions

Cons:

I was very disappointed when I had to cut short our stay and was told I had to contact Bookings.com to get a refund and when i contact Bookings.com they told me I had to contact the hotel directly. seems like every one is passing the responsibility to each other.

I only stayed the one night and had to go home- not by any reason of mine not wanting to stay, but merely because I have had an emergency to attend to.

Then on the Sunday I was contacted by the Hotel and asked if I handed in the parking FOB, which was handed in on checking out early. I asked the lady that called me if they had heard anything from Bookings.com re a refund and she advised there was no messages from bookings.com. Very dissapointing that there has been no further correspondence.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay would defiantly stay here again.
Pros:

The property is in the perfect location—it’s convenient and close to everything you need. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and spacious, making our stay very enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
