Overall, a decent stay, but with one issue.
Pros:

Most things were good.

Cons:

For three days, we were disturbed by the loud noise coming from the garba festival taking place on a ground in front of our room. We weren't able to sleep till late after midnight, which was very uncomfortable. We should have been informed of this issue beforehand.

Pros:

Rooms are spacious and with all amenities. Seperate shower and Toilet is good thinking. WiFi was working.

Cons:

Room service: Ordered soup with Bread rolls but Restaurant regret and served Soup Sticks with Soup, without butter ,salt and Pepper. Soup was just like warm water, and by the time ,butter and Salt,pepper brought,it was cold. For room service, better crockery and proper attention needed.
TV channels available must be listed and how to On and Off also be provided. Near TV, one sticker of Tata Sky was there but remote was of Airtel. It's just waste of time selecting channel from menu,as many channels stand unsubscribed.
Wifi password be provided at Check-in.

Overall, it was a decent stay.
Pros:

the staff was really accommodating and friendly and I appreciate that. They tried their best to meet our expectations and demands.

Cons:

the hotel is undergoing major renovations which the hotel failed to inform prior to the check-in. This renovation caused rerouting paths for breakfast & lunch and a strange drainage smell throughout the building.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Excellent service and great hospitality—I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
