Nice room 'with a view' of anyone in the bathroom
Pros:

Great room, nice hotel.

Cons:

So, whoever decided to put in a pocket door for the bathroom probably should have lost their job. It does not close all the way, so there was a one-inch gap between the door and frame (unable to completely close). Certainly not ideal.

Great stay and great staff
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Receptionist Kelly was helpful, informative and made everything a smooth check in. Yaima did an awesome job at insuring that our room was tidied up and comfortable. Our room was only for one night, but it was our home away from home. The facilities were very nice and the breakfast was spot on. I slept like a baby.

Cons:

The property was awesome, but the planes near by can be loud.

Pros:

I like the spacious rooms and cleanliness of the rooms. The General Manager was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service and assisted with an issue and went above and beyond.

Cons:

The hotel was very noisy with the planes flying constantly over the hotel sounding like they were flying right in the hotel. Also encountered an issue with the male at the desk Fri night and felt like we were singled out and profiled. He approached us in the back of the lobby while we played UNO and told us to quiet down and claimed to have gotten a noise complaint. There were others downstairs when we got down there who was laughing and talking and quite a few others outside that you could hear, but we never saw him say anything to them. Seemed a bit racist. And we couldn't understand how there could have been a complaint against us as noisy as it is already at the hotel with the planes flying all night long. So how can one really distinguish between noise?? That's strange!

Big comfortable room location was great close to Kentucky Kingdom and the Expo Center easy walk over

Location to Expo Center

Cons:

There was a concert at Louisville Stadium, the one night and they parked up the parking lot nowhere for customers to park not the hotel's fault.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and professional. Premises kept in clean condition. Spacious rooms comes with an eat in kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee pot as well as dishes and silverware. Located in close proximity to highway, restaurants and gas station the airport.

Cons:

Shared parking lot with adjacent hotel fills up quickly.

Nothing to complain
Pros:

Extremely clean, comfortable and modern suits to stay during the road trip, what I’ve liked most is the place is a pet friendly, so it’s great to stay with my furry friend.

Cons:

The breakfast is okay, but it would be great to have some veggies 🥦
