Disappointing, but the location was good.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Unpleasant check-in experience - The staff at Check-in was very slow, and seemed annoyed to have anyone expect them to lift their eyes from their tablet and complete a check-in for a customer.

Room Location - room directly onto the street on the ground floor with street noise a real problem. Not ideal for a room with children staying there.

Room - what I suspect is plumbing problem in the bathroom leading to a very unpleasant smell in the hotel unless the light and ventilation was left constantly on in the bathroom.
