Pros:

Passe stort rom, rent, behagelige senger, fint bad med smarte kroker på dusjdøren, slik at man enkelt fikk tak på håndkleet etter dusj.
Kunne ønsket et lite kjøleskap, ellers var alt veldig bra.

Cons:

Vi hadde bare booket en natt, og utsjekkingstiden var kl 12.
Allerede kl 09 kom en ansatt og banket på (rakk ikke komme opp fra senga før vedkommende banket igjen) og lurte på om vi ville ha rengjøring, noe vi takket nei til.
Kl 10 kom neste ansatt og banket på og lurte på om vi ville ha rengjøring.
Når du er på et sted en natt og utsjekk er kl 12, hvorfor komme to ganger og spørre om når vi vil ha rengjøring? Det skapte irritasjon hos oss alle fire.
Dette bør de slutte med.

Die Lage zu Uni, Wasser und Innenstadt

Cons:

Wir haben nichts wirklich zu kritisieren - es fiel lediglich auf, dass es am Frühstücksbuffet aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheiten unnötig eng und drängelig wurde, wenn es gut besucht ist

Cons:

Otrevligt bemötande från personalen i receptionen. Fick tillsägelse att vi checkade in alldeles för sent, går tydligen inte att checka in efter kl 22.
Den informationen fick vi aldrig. Vi satt fast i bilköer då vi körde från Amsterdam.
Hade vi kommit 3 minuter senare sa personalen att vi inte hade kunnat checka in. Vi är en familj med fyra barn som det alltså var nära att de lämnade på gatan kl 22 på kvällen i Kiel.
Förstår inte varför de skyltar med att det finns self-check in då den uppenbarligen inte används.
Rummet vi fick på plan 1 luktade dessutom cigarett rök. En av de sämsta hotell upplevelser jag haft.
