The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy access to NYC. It's a good base for exploring New York. Safe neighborhood.
Breakfast leaves much to be desired, but that's apparently standard in the States. Very little selection, the same thing every day, stale bagels. During my five-night stay, the room was cleaned only once after reporting it to the front desk, which stated that cleaning is done daily.

Close proximity to the bus stop the goes into Manhattan. We left our car there ($10/day) which was helpful, didn’t want to drive into NYC. Really nice breakfast offerings. It was quiet at night.

Clean facility, great options for continental breakfast and polite staff ready to serve.
Limited restaurants for travelers with no vehicle. However, the Uber and Door Dash options made up for the inconvenience. The continental breakfast is a great addition for travelers.
Close to the city and the mall
Paying for parking
The location was an excellent distance from the American Dream Mall - 5 min ride.
The Breakfast was good, but they need an extra toaster; there was a huge line for use.
The Parking!! Paying $10 per day to park at the hotel is insane, and I will never stay here again because of this. Could you explain why guests who are already paying a lot to stay at your hotel are charged an additional fee to park, and then you have to pay the $150 incidental fee? Seriously, what benefit do we get from paying for parking? I did not see any security patrolling the parking lot, nor were there any covered parking spaces. Plus, I have a handicap placard and still had to pay.
Also, the pool is small, shaped like an old fashion key hole, it was more like a pee pool with all the kids crowded in there!
The city view was the only nice thing
The room was soooo dirty I had blood stains on my sheets, makeup stains on the pillow cases, dirt on the floor trash in the trash can, sticky stuff all on the floors and a pubic hair on the toilet seat! Not only that only one elevator worked and there was bus loads of people constantly checking in and out so it was always a long wait to get onto the elevator. As a pregnant woman in her late third trimester taking the steps isn’t a option to the 3rd or 6th floor
The check in crew and late night crew were amazing. The representative with the face mask such a delight every time she saw me she said hello and was so welcoming. Even with atleast 6 bus loads of kids the same day we were there the staff made you feel like the hotel was just ours!
The hotel was clean and the location was great
I honestly was not happy about having to pay to park my car. I really think this is a horrible insult to a paying guest. This is very inconsiderate. Unfortunately, customers are stuck with having you pay because after all the traveling to stay in your hotel, were have no choice.
