Café da manhã bem variado e quartos bem espaços. O chuveiro é excelente e o sistema de aquecimento dos quartos funcionam muito bem.

Café da manhã muito bom, quarto bem espaçoso e silencioso, piscina muito boa e climatizada, academia poderia ser melhor mas atende bem. Elevadores rápidos e sem demora mesmo nos horários de pico...

Cons:

Alguns funcionários parecem que estão de mal humor ou realmente não se importam com o hospede, ao chegar no hotel com um filho autista e malas, o atendente que ajuda a descarregar simplesmente nos ignorou e foi ajudar o carro de atrás aonde havia apenas uma pessoa e uma mala, achei uma situação desagradável, detalhes mas que fazem diferença.

Nossa estadia no hotel foi excelente.

Ambiente sempre muito limpo, organizado e confortável, realmente passando aquela sensação de hotel de alto padrão e muito acolhedor ao mesmo tempo.

O café da manhã também foi um grande destaque: muito bem servido, variado e tudo muito saboroso.

Foi uma experiência muito positiva para nossa família. Com certeza é um local que lembraríamos e voltaríamos novamente em uma próxima viagem.

Cons:

Ponto de melhoria: acredito que a questão do estacionamento poderia ser comunicada de forma mais clara no momento da reserva.

Não ficou evidente para nós que o estacionamento era cobrado à parte e, ao chegarmos no hotel, fomos informados sobre o valor de R$ 40 por diária. Por conta disso, acabamos optando por deixar o carro estacionado na rua.
