Het hotel was perfect voor ons, wij werken remote en we konden heel de dag in de lobby zitten wat super fijn was. Er zijn gratis drinken flesjes de gehele dag, tot 15.00 kan je gratis koffie krijgen en er staan de hele dag/avond door gratis koekjes, fruit en noodels.
De kamer was super mooi en schoon. Elke dag housekeeping was heel fijn!
Het personeel achter de balie hielp als je een vraag had maar verder keken ze niet naar ja om. We hebben meerdere keren mee gemaakt dat we aan het werken waren in de lobby en dat de persoon achter de balie met hard volume filmpjes aan het kijken was. Dit moet kunnen maar als je aan het werk bent is dat niet prettig.

Perfect location for people who love to walk and explore. So many gems nearby. Staff was very kind and helpful at providing recommendations. There’s also an onsite cafe.

ゴギブリが洗面台周りを中心に多数いて不潔。帰宅してからあらゆる荷物に殺虫剤を使用して消毒した。
スタッフが不機嫌そうでこちらの楽しい気分が無くなる。挨拶しても大抵は無視される。スタッフからの挨拶ほぼ無い。日本人youtuberにオールインクルーシブと持ち上げられているが、コーヒー以外はスナック程度の価値しか無く、期待していると裏切られるので注意。
とにかく部屋が狭いので荷物の整理が大変なので一人利用以外は避けた方がいい。

There was free batista coffee and a really nice sitting area in the lobby. The location was so good, there was everything nearby: cafes, a gym, restaurants, massage places, a place to do your laundry. We would definitely stay here again if we visited chiang mai again. We only needed a cab to get to and from the airport. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted. The room is small but it's cozy.
It was so inviting and cozy. I absolutely adored the decorations, especially in the café...and the complimentary treats in the café were such a big bonus! Location was great! I would stay again.
Honestly, there were no issues. Of note though, there is a lot of road noise. I was happy to have my sound machine.

The bed was extremely comfy.
Although the hotel didn’t offer a breakfast they did provide drinks and snacks (croissants, toast, banana breads, biscuits and fruit) throughout the day which was great.
The hotel was in a good location for going out on day trips or exploring on foot.
We were in a room that faced the main road which was extremely busy at night and was quite noisy.
