Had such an amazing experience at Bar Lis thanks to our bartender Rob! Super hospitable, attentive, and really took the time to give us great recommendations. He even made us custom cocktails that were absolutely delicious and perfectly tailored to what we liked. On top of that, the location itself is stunning, fun ambiance with incredible views. Definitely a spot worth visiting for both the drinks and the experience!
Danna did a great job of cleaning our room. We didn’t go very 5 stars because our complimentary coffee didn’t get replaced so we didn’t have cups or coffee after day 1
Very nice hotel from location area as its near alot of needs things also rooms are very nice and hotel is quiet also i recommend receptionist team specially Bndgette joy she awesome and very helpful person
Always a pleasure staying at Hollywood Grande, this time I’d like to particularly give kudos to Bridgette Joy (Front Desk) and Edwin (Bellman) were so helpful and attentive, they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. It’s the little things like upon checking in, Bridgette asked what time I might need to be at work so she can get me in and out of the door (so thoughtful and mindful of time). She learned I intended to just drop off my bags and go and managed to get me checked in early to refresh, get my bags situated in the room before getting back to work! It was such a pleasure being welcomed by her hospitable energy, it is so appreciated! Thank you you two for the help!
The Hollywood Grande hotel is a beautiful place to stay in LA, our room was kept extremely clean and tidy by Daxy, would definitely come back here again.

I would especially like to thank Manager Neri and Bridgette Joy from Customer Service for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. They were extremely attentive, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Their outstanding customer service made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

We recently stayed at The Hollywood Grande Autograph Collection in Los Angeles for our anniversary, and the experience exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — chic, modern, impeccably clean, and filled with top-tier amenities that made our stay feel truly luxurious.
What made the experience especially memorable was the incredible hospitality from the staff. Alyssa, Yasmin, and Jared went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated throughout our anniversary stay. They were warm, personable, attentive, and genuinely caring, and their service made a lasting impression on us. The entire staff created such a welcoming atmosphere that we immediately felt comfortable and valued as guests.
The location of the hotel is also perfect for exploring Los Angeles. Everything felt conveniently accessible, and the overall atmosphere of the property was stylish and vibrant without feeling overwhelming.
One of the highlights of our stay was visiting the rooftop restaurant and lounge. The cocktails were excellent, the ambiance was sophisticated and lively, and the views from the rooftop were absolutely stunning — especially in the evening. It really added something special to our anniversary trip.
Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. We stayed a couple of floors below the rooftop restaurant, which worked out well because the rooftop can get a bit lively and noisy at night, but overall the service, amenities, and overall experience were truly top-notch.
We had an amazing anniversary stay and would absolutely return. Thank you again to Alyssa, Yasmin, Jared, and the entire team for making our celebration feel so special.
