Overall the stay was amazing but a few things here and there need some working on

Pros:

The hotel went through a renovation which looks absolutely amazing. A very modern touch. The staff, when they did eventually show up were really friendly.

Cons:

I called the property to check in and they said they would call me back. After 15 minutes they have not called me back and I instead had to leave my partner alone in the car and physically check in at the front desk while waiting for someone to help me there as well.

The bar staff had no corkscrew, which came to my surprise since it's a bar?

The staff was very friendly and good value for money
Pros:

It was centrally located in the Cape Town CBD.
Facility was clean.
When we checked in the room assigned to us was still in use…. However they asked us humbly to afford them a few minutes to sort out and seated us in the bar area and we could choose anything to drink from the menu on the house.

Cons:

The parking was a bit awkward

Will not go back !!
Pros:

Very central location

Cons:

Room was smelly and suffocating.
While in the room, one can clearly feel and hear lift going up and down, it is a bit disturbing.
Passage going down to parking is so narrow that you almost scratch the sides of car.
Location of hotel is central, but you can see vagrants going around all the time near property.
