Cons:

The bad used of my credit card. I was charged for service that I didn’t receive. I called and emailed them, zero answer. I ending calling my bank to dispute transaction.

Great hotel, friendly staff and brilliant location..
Pros:

The location to the beach and restaurant, the room was spacious and well maintained.

Cons:

Real issues with our breakfast, we paid for bed and breakfast for 3 and kept getting queried when we went to redeem our tokens….i think this was a systems blip between Booking.com and the Marriot PMS…slightly frustrating

Location walking distance to pier a few blocks from beach. Nice complimentary sunset cocktail on rooftop bar area. New pizza place on premises to try out if too tired to walk to beach for a snack

Cons:

The garage entrance and lobby for elevators (to get to the front desk) very busy with cars. Parking garage attendants (valet) not careful when pedestrians walking. Very basic room amenities. May need updating rooms although clean.

Escolhi um hotel da rede Marriott por confiar na reputação da marca e esperar um padrão elevado de atendimento, limpeza, organização e transparência. Infelizmente, a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante e muito abaixo do que se espera de uma rede internacional desse porte.
Desde a chegada, ficou evidente a falta de funcionários para atender adequadamente os hóspedes. Em vários momentos, não havia supervisor ou gerente disponível para resolver problemas ou prestar esclarecimentos, o que deixava a equipe sobrecarregada e os hóspedes sem suporte.
A limpeza foi um dos pontos mais graves. O quarto não era limpo diariamente e, quando a limpeza era feita, o serviço era mal executado. Em uma das ocasiões, o quarto foi deixado em condições piores do que antes, inclusive com luvas utilizadas pela equipe de limpeza esquecidas dentro do quarto, o que demonstra total falta de cuidado e profissionalismo.
A área da piscina também estava em condições deploráveis. A impressão era de completo abandono, com falta de limpeza e manutenção. Sinceramente, o espaço estava em estado inferior ao de muitas piscinas residenciais, tornando o ambiente desagradável e incompatível com a categoria e o valor cobrado pelo hotel.
Outro ponto extremamente negativo foi a falta de transparência na cobrança de diversas taxas. A chamada Destination Fee não estava claramente informada no momento da reserva, nem houve explicação adequada sobre sua finalidade ou sobre os benefícios efetivamente oferecidos. Da mesma forma, os valores do estacionamento (Valet Parking) não foram informados de maneira clara no check-in, surpreendendo-nos apenas no momento da cobrança. Considero essas cobranças excessivas e desproporcionais aos serviços efetivamente prestados.
Além disso, embora o hotel esteja em uma excelente localização, muito próximo à praia, praticamente não oferece estrutura de apoio aos hóspedes.

Very beautiful view from the window ... a new hotel and polite staff

Cons:

The bathroom was only cleaned when you asked for... expensive parking, $38 a day, and the rooftop bar has plastic cups and no alcohol menu.
