Perfect stay on your way to Lofoten island.

Personer var overstadig beruset og var i ekspedisjonen og på bakrom (ikke på jobb , men fikk inntrykk av at de kanskje var ansatte…)Ingen tilgjengelig for å hjelpe oss å sjekke inn. Ventet en god stund.
Utsjekk klokken 11- og må betale ekstra frem til 12…..
Plakat i heisen om frokost til kl 10 ( men det gjaldt kun på 17. mai) gikk nesten glipp av frokost.
Kunne ikke få sitte i komfortable stoler i foajeen for å spise- men fikk sitte en meter lengre bort på noen barkrakke ved langbord den kvelden vi kom. Synes dette var unødvendig strengt. ( men glad vi slapp å sitte i hotellsenga å spise…alle spisesteder stengte kjøkken kl 21- og måtte derfor tilbake til hotellet å spise.
Da jeg reserverte rom stod det at en kunne nyte god frokost. Etter bestilling fikk jeg mail om jeg ville kjøpe frokost….sikkert eget ansvar, men følte meg villedet.
Har bodd ved hotellet flere ganger tidligere og vært svært fornøyd med service og faciliteter. Denne gangen var det dessverre ikke slik.
