A gem of a hotel right in the heart of the city!

Not worth the $300 stay. Make sure your room isn’t near the first floor rooms 1-6.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No hot water in the shower the first day. Our patio looked directly onto where the workers would repair, paint etc. we had to keep our windows shut the entire time for privacy.

a gem in La Paz
Pros:

amazing staff from check in through our whole stay! The rooftop has amazing drinks views and staff are very attentive. The hotel feel very exclusive to guest making it feel like you’re the only one staying. The pool has a small bar near by so you don’t have to go far to order a drink. So many amenities to guest just love love.

Cons:

Wish we would’ve stayed longer!!!

Baja Club Hotel, La Paz
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at the Baja Club Hotel, La Paz. It's in a great location, right on the Malecon, and an easy walk to Zona Central, restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and charming. And the hotel design is very chic. The pool is nice, with lounge chairs and a bar. The rooftop has a great sunset view and big bar. Breakfast was great, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff (concierge Roberto, and front desk Natalia & Fernando) were very friendly and helpful with reservations and suggestions. Great time!

Great location but unpleasant
Pros:

Rooms are uncomfortable and very basic. The pool is unwelcoming, and pool loungers are mats on the floor.

Cambio de habitación sin mi consentimiento y habiendo seleccionado y aportado otra con antelación

El hotel es divino, era la 4ta ocasión que lo visitábamos.

La ubicación es buena y el diseño se aprecia.

Cons:

Reserve una habitación con antelación, incluso la seleccione desde la plataforma, veníamos bajando de la baja razón por la cual llegamos tarde al hotel (8pm) pero fueron nuestra habitación, ni siquiera se tomaron el tiempo de cambiar la tarjeta de bienvenida del gerente a la habitación que me dieron (tenía otro apellido).

Me dieron una habitación prácticamente en la calle, justo detrás de la recepción, las ventanas no son a prueba de sonido y teníamos una fiesta del malecón en la habitación.

Informé mi inconformidad a lo que se me dijo que no había nada que pudieran hacer por la hora, que al otro día en la mañana me podrían ver si me cambiaban de habitación.

No hubo seguimiento, no hubo empatía por el staff y por supuesto que no hubo ajuste en la tarifa a pesar que la música duró hasta pasadas las 2 am.

Mal sabor de boca, mala experiencia y me pesa por que era mi habitual visitando La Paz.
