I had an incredible massage with Anna. She is very talented and provided a massage with excellent pressure. She was also very kind and respectful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality massage.

After 2 weeks exploring Japan on foot, a full body treatment was a perfect way to recover and decompress. AwaySpa at the W hotel exceeded my expectations. Starting with tea while enjoying a sake and essential oil infused foot soak , our therapists prepared our couple refuel massage. Tomoko and Kazumi were so kind to capture our vacation memories on my camera before oir treatment. Kazumi regularly checked on my desired pressure. I prefer deep tissue massages and the long flights did a number on my shoulders and back. Her technique combining stretch and acupressure left me feeling relieved and relaxed. Kazumi was very kind and respectful , making sure I was comfortable at all times. After a 100 min massage, we had a chance to enjoy sweet treats and hot tea before heading to the sauna and steam room. I would highly recommend booking a spa treatment with Kazumi if you’re looking for the perfect blend of massage and stretch therapy for recovery and refueling!

I visited Osaka for the first time during my vacation from June 6 to June 8 and stayed at W Osaka for two nights.
As my companion and I are both from Korea and do not speak Japanese, we were worried that traveling in Japan might be challenging. However, all of those concerns disappeared thanks to Ms. Songhui Seo.
From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond by recommending excellent local restaurants, introducing us to Osaka's most popular attractions, and providing helpful advice that made our trip much more enjoyable. Throughout our stay, she consistently checked on our well-being and made sure we were comfortable and safe.
Meeting Ms. Songhui Seo truly made our first trip to Japan an unforgettable experience. Thanks to her kindness and exceptional hospitality, what could have been a stressful trip became one of the most memorable and enjoyable vacations we have ever had.
We are already planning to visit Japan more often in the future, and whenever we return to Osaka, W Osaka will be our first choice without hesitation.

I liked everything. The customer service was incredible since checking in until checking out. Superb stay! I would love to go back again as soon as I could. Location is great, food, pool, SPA. No unpleasant odors! The view from the room! Impeccable with their cleaning!!! Amazing! Magnifique!!!

W Osaka was the perfect base for exploring the city. Located just a 10–15 minute walk from Dotonbori, it offers easy access to some of Osaka’s best food, shopping, and nightlife.

The hotel beautifully reflects Osaka’s vibrant personality with its bold, colorful, and modern design. We were upgraded to a fantastic corner room with amazing city views, which made the stay even more memorable.

A special highlight was the breakfast buffet—one of the most extensive and beautifully presented I’ve experienced in a city hotel.

Service was excellent throughout our stay, and the hotel’s bars and daily Bubble Hour (6–8 PM) were a great bonus.

Overall, W Osaka combines a great location, outstanding service, stylish rooms, and a fun atmosphere. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Osaka.

As a long-time Marriott member, I was excited to discover there was a W Hotel in Japan, and I knew I had to experience it during our trip. The W Osaka exceeded all expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Maurizio, the W Insider, was an incredible resource throughout our stay. He provided fantastic recommendations for Osaka, shared local insights, and helped make our visit truly memorable. Pat, the bar manager, was equally welcoming and helpful, creating a great atmosphere whenever we stopped by. Equally impressive was a bartender whose name I forget but whose claim to fame was a finalist in cocktail championships! Nikolai at the spa and gym was outstanding as well—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist.
The room was stylish, Great Views, comfortable, and everything you would expect from a world-class W property. Breakfast service was also superb! We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by an additional two nights rather than moving on as originally planned.
The hotel's location made it easy to explore Osaka, and after three weeks traveling throughout Japan, this was one of our favorite hotel experiences of the entire trip. The combination of exceptional staff, beautiful accommodations, and the vibrant energy of Osaka made this a stay we won't soon forget.
Highly recommended, and we would not hesitate to return.

This is definitely one of our most precious hotel experiences, a high-end chic hotel with a group of passionate staff(shout out to Mr Wilson Cheng and Cody for their thoughtful and kind acts).

The wonderful view, the facilities, the spacious neat room, and every single details are new to us even we've been to Japan for times.

W Osaka exceeded all expectations and was one of the highlights of our stay in Osaka.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Dotonbori and conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a luxurious and stylish retreat.

The hotel's design is outstanding. The entire property perfectly captures the vibrant energy of Osaka while maintaining the iconic W Hotel atmosphere. Every detail feels modern, sophisticated, and uniquely curated. We highly recommend booking a Premier Corner Room on a higher floor. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer spectacular views across the city skyline, especially in the evening.

Another highlight was the daily Happy Hour, which provided a great opportunity to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast selection was extensive, high-quality, and offered something for every taste.

Most importantly, the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome from arrival to departure.

Overall, W Osaka combines a fantastic location, exceptional design, stunning rooms, excellent food and beverages, and outstanding service. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish luxury hotel experience in Osaka.
