Minimalistisch, nur zum Schlafen okay
Pros:

Lage gut Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Nur 1 Aufzug für 100 Zimmer das ist zuwenig..kein Wasser und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen,wenn man bei Hitze draußen sitzen möchte wird geraten in den Park zu gehen da gibt's Bänke zum sitzen. Nur Getränke Automat keine Bar. Frühstück Raum zu eng wenig Platz zum sitzen. Zimmer zu warm keine Luft.

Lage optimal. Personal sehr freundlich mit vielen Informationen und Witz. Die Zimmer schön ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider waren unsere Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber, ein Chip vom Vor-Gast unter dem Bett und "große" Spinnweben in den Ecken.

Pros:

Frühstück war außreichend ,die Lage nicht so gut ,da viel Zugverkehr ist ,das Zimmer war in Ordnung es könnte noch ein Papierkorb stehen um abfall zu entsorgen.

Für Kurzaufenthalte durchaus empfehlenswert und Potsdam bietet ausreichend Speiserestaurants!
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war vom Angebot her gut.

Cons:

Es war keine zum Hotel gehörige Fahrradgarage vorhanden. Da ausreichend PKW-Parkplätze vorhanden sind, bietet es sich an unter der Überdachung einen eingezäunten Fahrradstellplatz zu installieren.
Die Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum waren etwas klein. Im Frühstücksraum entstand dadurch eine Lärmkulisse.

Für unsere Zwecke sehr gut....ausser laden für E Auto
Pros:

Die Lage ist für touristischen Besuch in Potsdam sehr gut. Man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Parkplatz am Hotel gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ok, die Auswahl könnte umfangreicher sein. Brötchen waren nicht frisch.
Auch wenn die Ladestationen für E Auto durch Dritte betrieben werden , sind die Preise für 1 kw/h 0,84 € viel zu teuer!!!! PREIS wird nicht angezeigt. Erst nach laden in der jeweils genutzten App zu sehen. Es wäre so praktisch am Hotel zu laden, aber nicht zu den Konditionen.

Die Nächte mit vielen Störgeräuschen: Das laute und lange Ventilator-Geräusch des Bads, die lauten Geräusche im 4. Stock Richtung Gleise.

Kann das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.
Cons:

Matratze war schlecht.

Unangenehmer Geruch im Bad durch die Lüftung.

Aufzug war defekt. Da wir beide über 70 Jahre alt sind, hätten wir zumindest erwartet, dass das Personal anbietet, die Koffer aufs Zimmer zu bringen.
