Absolutely amazing!!
Pros:

Everything about this property is amazing, the location, the staff, the hotel, facilities. This is my second time here and I will be back again hopefully in September aswell as next year!
The staff are incredible and can’t do anymore for you, I went with my mum this time and honestly she absolutely loved every minute of it.

Alle Strände voller Liegen in beachclubs, wie lignano bei dummen Preisen für no quality, dafür kann das hotel nichts, im Gegenteil, man sollte die pool area am besten gar nicht verlassen

The staff were outstanding and the breakfasts were to die for. Great facilities and beautiful view over Ornos Beach.
Pros:

The staff were so welcoming and friendly and it was a highlight of our stay. The pool resort facilities were spectacular with a beautiful view over Ornos.
The breakfast buffet was absolutely outstanding.

Cons:

Nothing really, if I had to nit pick it would be the short walk to the bus.

Un’oasi di relax e comfort a due passi dal mare
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Ornos e a due passi da ottimi ristoranti e bar. L’hotel è curato nei minimi dettagli, la stanza pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort e con un terrazzo dal quale poter guardare il tramonto. La colazione è molto varia e ogni pietanza è ottima. Il pomeriggio dopo la pulizia della stanza ci veniva consegnato in camera un piccolo dessert e 2 bottiglie d’acqua. Lo staff è super gentile e professionale, siamo stati davvero benissimo.

Отличное местоположение, тихий спокойный район, огромные комнаты, вкусная еда и отличный сервис.
Особая благодарность менеджеру Татьяне, за её работу и лёгкость, очень много порекомендовала полезных мест с красивым видом и вкусными ресторанами и помогала дальнейшим нашему проживанию.

Perfect stay, hope to come back
Pros:

The location is surreal. Beautiful picturesque bay, amazing grounds, staff that were so attentive and went above and beyond. Rooms and pool area so comfortable we had a hard time leaving the grounds to explore the island.

Cons:

The only small thing is more of a personal preference. I would have liked the mattress to be softer, but that’s my preference. I noticed in Europe most hotel beds are on the firmer side.

Lage, Sauberkeit , Freundlichkeit Personal

Cons:

Das wir 2 Tage im Zimmer keine Dusche hatten bzw. warmes Wasser! Bei den zimmerpreisen sehr traurig! Es kann immer mal was passieren aber dann gehört eine Lösung her bzw ein dementsprechendes Entgegenkommen vom Hotel!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the views, I could never get tired of them! From the time you step onto the property, the staff were amazing. A surprise that definitely came in handy was the golf cart rides around the property. I love that I could call the front desk arrange for a transportation and a staff would pick us up with the golf cart and take us to the parking lot where a car would be waiting. It also gave me an opportunity to enjoy the views as we rode down the hill. Upon entering the room, a bottle of champagne with a hand written note and macrons awaited us!

The breakfast was very good and had a variety with eggs made to order. We did order room service once, and it was really good as well. Unfortunately we didn’t do dinner on the property.

We decided to get a room with a private pool and we really enjoyed it. You could see the views from the pool as well.

The service was phenomenal. Especially the staff who cleaned the rooms. Each time we returned to the room, it felt like we just checked in. Towards the end of our staff came around to deliver a sweet treat.

Location wise, it was a short drive to Mykonos town and about a 15-20 minute drive to all the popular beach clubs. Near the hotel are a couple of restaurants you can walk to.

Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Once in Mykonos.

Recepcia plnila všetky priania na počkanie
Pláž Ornos na 3 minúty pešo od hotela
Nádherný Paradise beach Club 15 min autom (skútrom)
Hlavné mesto Mykonos (Chora) 3 km od hotela, autobus premáva každých 30 minút

Cons:

Matrac postele je mäkší
TV nemá dostatok kanálov (najmä športových)
