Stop keeping people's money.
Pros:

Lovely ,clean well looked after hotel .Nice bar area .Shame about them keeping guests money.

Cons:

Be aware.They took $75 a night bond on first day of our 4 night stay .They are supposed to release it on leaving however after requesting it over and over it was never released back to us .I have waited 30 days for the bank to cancel the payment to get my money back.

Perfect spot to explore Memphis
Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to Beale Street but away from the crowd. Loved the rooftop bar with beautiful view of the river and downtown Memphis

I would definitely stay here again! My pictures were taken from the rooftop!
Pros:

It was a great location! The rooftop had a breathtaking view of the Mississippi River and Bridges!

Cons:

The price of the overnight Valet was pricey at $36. Everything else was good!

The service was terrible and staff incompetent
Cons:

I was double charged for a room - paid on booking.com them charged to debit card - impossible to speak to anybody cost me £400 extra - booking.com no help either - the hotel did not respond to email or messages despite have got all the evidence - I would suggest not staying here and you must check your bill

We enjoyed it, just wish we had stayed another night!
Pros:

The location was perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Valet parking is your best option. They were great!

Cons:

We only stayed for one night. We were unable to enjoy the nice pool or the rooftop bar.
Breakfast was a little pricey but good.
