A Great welcome from RAYMOND so accommodating so well mannered made us feel right at home!!what a great entry to the hotel

Very nice property and refreshing decor. If you are lucky or willing to pay extra you can get nice unobstructed views of the Mississippi river that runs right behind the hotel.

Raymond went above and beyond to make sure I got my car in time so I wouldn’t be late for my meeting. That’s what I call great customer service. I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help. Excellent service!

Beautiful views of the river. Friendly staff. Very clean. Try the eggs Benedict with pimento cheese. So good. Valets were very friendly - especially Raymond.

Raymond was amazing! I am 6 months pregnant and made a trip to the store. He helped make sure I didn’t have to touch a bag and was extremely professional. Thank you Raymond & Richard for being such great humans.

We had a great stay, everyone was helpful. The hotel is very clean and the food is delicious. Raymond our valet was wonderful having our car ready and waiting. I would recommend.

The rooms were great.The greeting at check-in very poor with limited , actually no information about the hotel. Except for Brandon, poor valet service but reasonable parking price. Food was exceptional, except for a problem with one breakfast. And, while personable, the wait staff are certainly not professionals.

We stayed for three nights while attending a medical conference related to my rare genetic disorder. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.

Our room was never serviced during our entire stay, despite numerous calls to the front desk and speaking with staff in person. When we checked out on the 19th, one of the associates apologized and said they would look into the situation. It has now been four days, and we have not received any follow-up or communication.

In addition, the room had very little storage space for clothing, which made a multi-night stay inconvenient. We also found the restaurant options to be quite limited, with a small selection of menu items.

Overall, we expected a much higher level of service and communication, especially given the circumstances of our visit.

It is a beautiful hotel and fabulous service. David, Brandon and Reginald were all fabulous!

Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is in close proximity to the FedEx Forum, Beale St., the Bass Pro Shop pyramid, and other tourist areas. The hotel is near major roads and highways to quickly access other parts of Memphis. Room service is really for breakfast only. Any other meals have to be obtained downstairs in the lobby or outside the hotel. My only real gripe is the lack of parking. You're essentially forced to use a valet service that is expensive. The staff for the valet service was very nice and they tried to get your vehicle as soon as possible after you requested it. However, it was still annoying to have to use this service. There is a parking deck across the street but it's expensive to use.

The rooms, availability of a microwave for heating up leftovers and good food. The pool was pretty nice, but the cost of a cabana for 4 hours was outrageous @ ~ $115

I stayed at Hyatt Beale Street during my visit to Memphis. The hotel’s location is excellent and makes it easy to explore Beale Street and the surrounding .

Breakfast was unreasonably expensive for what was offered and did not provide good value. I also asked the front desk three separate times to bring additional hangers to my room. Each time they confirmed the request, but the hangers never arrived. Another issue was that the complimentary water dispenser in the lobby was constantly empty. These may seem like small details, but they have a big impact on the overall guest experience, especially at a hotel of this standard.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is great, and several staff members—especially at the front desk and valet were friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel appeared to be significantly understaffed, which negatively impacted the experience.
The biggest disappointment was housekeeping. I requested daily housekeeping during online check-in, yet my room was never serviced during my entire stay. We had to call for clean towels before an event, waited nearly two hours, and they never arrived. We ultimately had to go to the front desk to get them ourselves.
Valet service also suffered from staffing shortages. The valet attendants were courteous, but long wait times were common. More concerning, someone who was not a hotel guest was allowed to access my vehicle through valet without my permission, without presenting my valet ticket or any verification. I immediately reported this serious security issue and requested follow-up.
Customer service was inconsistent. While many employees were helpful, others lacked basic customer service. One employee completely ignored my nieces and me while we stood at the register waiting to purchase snacks. We received no greeting, acknowledgment, or even a simple "I'll be right with you."
The most disappointing interaction came at checkout. After asking about the status of the security issue I had reported, the front desk employee laughed and responded, "Hopefully." That response dismissed a legitimate concern and left me feeling that my safety and experience were not taken seriously.

Outlets did the room did not work, balcony door did not lock, housekeeping never visited my room during the entire stay after multiple requests. Garbage overflowed because of no housekeeping . We had to use a dirty bathroom during our stay!

There is a lot to like about this property, but the staffing shortages, lack of housekeeping, inconsistent customer service, and serious lapse in valet security prevented this stay from meeting the standards I expect from a Hyatt hotel.

Great location near Beale St, Bass Pyramid, etc.
