Nice wee aparthotel in town
Pros:

Near the train station & plenty public transport
Lovely room. Nice kitchen.Comfortable bed. Great shower. Nice balcony

Cons:

No Ac so was a bit too warm to sleep with heavy duvet. Couldn’t keep window open due to noise from bar/ courtyard below.

Struggled to operate the oven. No instructions. Also, there was no dishwashing soap or dishtowel for washing up.

Very nice stay, I would have no problem staying there again.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good along with friendly staff.

Cons:

Location. For us we walked everywhere, it was a bit difficult finding a good pub. Our front desk guy did give us a list of restaurants in the area which were very good.

Bonne adresse, bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Studio bien équipé et spacieux, propre, bien insonorisé, avec kitchenette et petit coin salon. Literie confortable. Nombreuses prestations: salle de sport, laverie, bar, grand patio intérieur. L’établissement est bien situé, proche de la gare, à 10 mn à pied du site de l’October fest, à 15-20 mn à pied du centre historique. Possibilité de louer une place de parking sur place, un peu cher (30 € par jour)mais très pratique. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner.

The outdoor area was relaxing. The shower room was excellent. The bed was excellent.

Cons:

More crockery and cutlery. A drainer would have been better, as putting everything into the dishwasher seemed extreme.

Die Zimmer sind sehr praktisch eingerichtet und die mit Blick auf den Innenhof auch sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Lage zur Theresienwiese und zentral zum HBF.

Etukäteen tulevan mainospostin määrä oli ärsyttävää. Kysyminen yhden kerran olisi riittänyt. Olisimme halunneet varmistaa autopaikan hotellin parkkihallista etukäteen, mutta se ei ollut mahdollista.

Wir kommen gerne wieder. Preis, Zimmer und Sauberkeit haben überzeugt.
Pros:

Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof (zur Not mit der U4 oder U5 bis Theresienwiese fahren) ist toll. Das Zimmer war wirklich großzügig. Ich fand das Bett gut.

Cons:

WIr wurden an der Rezeption konsequent auf Englisch angesprochen. Auch als wir vorsichtig auf Deutsch geantwortet haben. Eigentlich kein Problem. Als wir auf der Rückreise wieder im Haus waren, konnte der selbe Mitarbeiter fließend Deutsch. Die kennen entweder wirklich tolle Sprachkurse oder es gibt mehrere Versionen von Mo ;)
