Pros:

Henkilökunta ei tervehdi. Valittavat joka aamu ja kyselevät onko aamupala maksettu, joka aamu sama juttu eivät muista mitään. Todella tympeää asiakaspalvelua jokaiselta, paitsi baari mikolta, silloin kun se sinne tiskin taakse eksyi. Sai aina odottaa 15-30min.

Nightmare stay

Our negative experience started with Schwan Locke before we even arrived. I accidentally while in a rush booked for the following weekend. While noticing this immediately, I tried contacting the hotel via there direct phone line - no answer till 24 hours later of trying. Also the request for a free cancellation was rejected with the hotel. I then requested for a change of dates (for an additional cost) which was also rejected by the hotel. It was clear from this point they were a money grabbing / hungry hotel. After contacting them again after multiple times, I was able to convince them to accept the weekend change date for an additional 190€.
Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted to more bad news. The front desk agent informed that we were unable to check in due to the hotel not receiving the payment from booking.com. After staying at over 1000+ stays around the world with Booking.com, this was something I’d never experienced and quite frankly didn’t make sense. The agent would not even issue the room, until I contacted booking.com and sorted it out with them. He made it clear it wasn’t his job and offered no assistance to solve the matter. After debating with him backwards and forwards, he finally called over a more experienced administrator that was able to solve the issue within 5 minutes for us. They had received the money from booking.com, yet he simply was incompetent at doing his job to discover this.
This was not the start we needed after 21 hours of travel.
Another strange negative thing to note is this hotels check in check out times - for the first time i’d experienced a late check in time of 4pm (with anything earlier requiring a payment even if the room was ready!!) and an early check out time of 11am. This also was not welcomed.

Dieses Hotel wird offenbar regelmäßig überbucht und man wird ohne Entschuldigung einfach in ein anderes Hotel gebracht!
Pros:

Ich kam um 10:00 Uhr abends an und beim einchecken hat man mir gesagt, dass es leider zu einer Überbuchung gekommen ist, und man jemandem, der mehr Nächte als ich gebucht hat den Vortritt gelassen hat. Ich wurde dann im Nachbarhotel untergebracht, wo ich eine Rechnung für fast den halben Preis unterschreiben musste. Dieser Preis wurde aber intern zwischen den Hotels geregelt, und mir wurde auf mehrmaliges Vertrösten in den folgenden Wochen kein finanzielles Entgegenkommen gewährt.

Dort habe ich auch erfahren, dass das leider öfter vorkommt!

Cons:

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es mir auf den Fotos online sehr gut gefallen hat. Dass ich dann ohne Vorwarnung in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht wurde, mir aber der ursprüngliche Preis für das Designhotel verrechnet wurde, finde ich wirklich mehr als dreist!

Clean apartments with friendly & helpful staff in good location
Pros:

Location was about 15 minutes walk to Old town (Marienplatz) & about 10 minutes walk to main train station (Hauptbahnhof) but there was a U Bahn station 2 minuted from property if needed. Hotel could maybe be a bit more diverse than just pizza for food but that is an observation not a complaint.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut zentral und 3 Minuten von U-Bahnstation Theresienwilese U5/U4. Das Fruehstueck ist nicht empfehlenswert.
Dies Hotel entspricht etwa einem 3 Sterne Hotel mit sehr bescheidenem Comfort. Sehr gut sind allerdings die Junior-Suites mit sehr grossem Zimmer, einer riesigen Veranda, einer modernen Kueche, Safe. gutem Bett. Es gibt nur wenige dieser Junior-Suites im Hotel mit so viel Platz. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, man muss sagen winzig. Der gute Standard dieser Suite ist sehr viel besser als der bescheidene Standard des Hotels insgesamt. Kein Restaurant. Mehr als einen Kaffee kann man nicht erhalten wenn man das mit Euro 20 viel zu teure bescheidene Fruehstueck nicht bestellt. Aufgrund des guten Standards der Junior-Suite warten wir dennoch mit dem
Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen recht zufrieden. Hans-H. von Keller

Pros:

Leiligheten var utrolig praktisk og balkongen er et pluss! Komfortabel innredning og rent ! Superpraktisk ned garasje i bygget. Og enda et pluss, vi hadde et rom som vendte ut mot bakgården og det var veldig stille og fredelig.

Cons:

Det hadde vært greit med noen flere kjøkkenredskaper. Hodeputene var for harde og ikke komfortable. Og til slutt, det kan være at vi var uheldige når vi ankom, men det hadde vært hyggelig om personalet, kunne smile litt når de møter gjestene sine.

It was a great value apartment hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

It was conveniently located to the U-bahn, the breakfast was very good and the room was relatively clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was expensive, the neighborhood to the east of the property was sketchy when we arrived (not that the property can do anything about it), the rooms could have been cleaner (stains on couch, cracked porcelain sink), and the cleaning (taking out trash, when cleaning/downturning of beds) actually happens/if it can be requested.
