Schwan Locke ist unser Anlauf, wenn wir ein paar Tage in München verbringen.
Pros:

Alles war toll und richtig gut für uns.
Wir konnten früher einchecken.
Der Innenhof ist klasse, ruhig, gemütlich und sehr einladend.

Cons:

Vor 2 Jahren gab’s eine super nette junge Frau, die ein tolles Birchermüsli gezaubert hat - leider ist sie nicht mehr da,

Lieber nicht buchen –
Pros:

Das Hotel ist frisch saniert, modern renoviert und stylisch eingerichtet. Die Zielgruppe ist offensichtlich ein sehr junges, international ausgerichtetes Publikum – die Atmosphäre erinnert stark an ein Londoner Hostel.

Cons:

Dass in einem Hotel mitten in München zeitweise keinerlei deutschsprachiges Personal zur Verfügung steht, ist völlig inakzeptabel und zeugt, nach meiner Meinung, von mangelndem Respekt gegenüber einheimischen und rein deutschsprachigen Gästen.

​Bei unserem späten Check-in war lediglich der Mitarbeiter D. vor Ort, der kein einziges Wort Deutsch sprach. Zudem wurde uns ohne jeglichen Hinweis ein Zimmer zur Straße statt des gebuchten Zimmers zum Innenhof zugewiesen.
Die Reklamation am nächsten Tag verlief zunächst enttäuschend: Die bei Booking.com hinterlegte Telefonnummer führt nach England, die deutsche Festnetznummer zu einem englischsprachigen Chatbot ohne Weiterleitung. Vor Ort an der Rezeption trafen wir auf St., der ebenfalls kein Deutsch sprach und auf eine höfliche Nachfrage ungehalten reagierte ("er wolle darüber nichts hören").
Das Hotel stellte mir als Entschädigung später kostenloses Frühstück zur Verfügung, was ich als Lösung akzeptiert habe.

​Hinzu kommt, dass im gesamten Haus sämtliche Beschilderungen – von Anleitungen für Waschmaschinen und automatische Türen bis hin zur Beschriftung des Frühstücksbüffets – ausschließlich auf Englisch gehalten sind.

​Serviceorientierung sieht anders aus. Ein solches Konzept, das die Landessprache nicht würdigt und lokale Gäste benachteiligt, sollte man nicht unterstützen.

Heel modern en schoon appartement dicht bij het centrum en station. Erg makkelijk alles werkte handig met een simpel pasje.

Cons:

We zaten dicht bij de schoonmaak kast waardoor we ‘s ochtends de schoonmaker wel eens hoorden. Prijs ontbijt en parkeren wel erg duur daarom geen gebruik van gemaakt.

The location is not great, didn't always feel safe walking down the street, which is near strip clubs. Close to main train station and tram links though

Nice Aparthotel complex.
Pros:

A really nice complex with a huge courtyard in the centre, with a gym and breakfast facility. Paid parking under the Aparthotel.
Our studio apartment was spacious with a nice bathroom.

Superb, well-equipped apartment, ideal base for exploring Munich
Pros:

We loved our apartment which was spacious, well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We even had a patio area next to the inner courtyard where we could enjoy an evening meal. It was very convenient for the Munich HBF Central station around 10 minutes' walk away. It was also close to the tram, U & S bahn, so very convenient for getting around the city. It was very handy being able to leave our luggage so we could make the most of our limited time. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We'd certainly stay there again. Highly recommended.

Cons:

That we only stayed one night!

Pros:

Gute Ausstattung des Hotels mit einem sehr gemütlichen Innenhof und sehr sauber. Personal sehr nett. Ausreichendes Frühstück. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. U3 / U4 Theresienwiese liegt sehr nah.

Cons:

Die Gegend ist zwar sehr zentral (Hauptbahnhof Ausgangspunkt Nord) aber sehr chaotisch mit viel Umbauarbeit.
